Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. It offers fully equipped features: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, gas fireplace, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wi-fi. Really great place to relax and unplug in Estes! Very comfortable and well appointed, and we will definitely be back!

Quiet and peaceful

Unit 310. Nice townhome, quiet complex, easy walk downtown. Amenities were sparse. One silicone hot pad and one dish towel, we had to use the dish towel as a Second hot pad as we cooked every night and then had no dish towel to use. We went out and bought two regular hot pads and a couple kitchen towels..we left them in the place for the next people. Only one spare roll of TP...we bought more and left them for the next people. Bathroom vent fan did not work and the blinds in the living room would not adjust as the rod was broken off. Light burned out on deck and one light inside front door was burnt out. The staircase light outside was burnt out but when we reported it to the office it was promptly replaced. The sofa left arm is very loose...needs fixed or replace the sofa. Snow was shoveled promptly as well. Clean place, nice view. We spend a lot of time in Estes Park and would stay here again.
