This condo is a great location in downtown Estes Park. It is large and beautifully decorated with a full living room and kitchen along with a king size bed in a large sleeping area. The full bathroom has a walk in shower and an attached laundry room. All necessities are included. Parking is free in a nearby lot. We walked everywhere except for when we went to the park to hike.

We really enjoyed our stay in this location. Perfectly placed within the downtown area. Balcony overlooks shops and restaurants, easily walkable to many different places. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely place with a balcony overlooking the Main Street in Estes! Well appointed, very spacious! Entrance off the Main Street- quiet despite being so close to all the shops, food and fun! And only a 6 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Great location in Estes Park. Close to all of the shops and walkable. Parking was easy. It was very clean and stocked when we arrived. Can confirm you need sleep masks though with the sky light unless you are an early morning riser. And it would be nice if there were black outs for the pull out sofa sleepers. The pull out sofa was comfortable for the kids which some aren’t so it was appreciated. The building itself is nice and quiet and we had no trouble with noise even though being on the main drag. After a long day of hiking in the Rockies it was nice to sit on the balcony and relax.

Perfect location!

We had a lovely weekend stay at this loft. The location cannot be beat, parking was convenient and the ability to walk out the door and be among shops and restaurants was perfect. The balcony overlooking the Main Street was nice too. The loft was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed.

The property was exactly as advertised. It was spacious, for a loft, clean and well outfitted for our needs. The location was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the people in the evening. We would definitely recommend and rent again.

Nice Place and Location

It was a nice and spacious place. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaints we have is that the bed wasn't very comfortable, the skylight is right by the bed so the sun wakes you up early and the door was very difficult to figure out when checking in. One suggestion is to give more description of how to get the door to unlock. Someone staying in a neighboring unit had the same issue, so we knew it wasn't just us.

Great property and location, need a new 2nd bed

We had a fantastic stay in Estes. Amy was an attentive hostess. The property is in good condition and in the perfect location. The keypads made for an easy in and out, and parking was free and close. My only complaint is that it’s listed as having 2 beds, but the second “bed” is a couch that folds into something resembling a mattress flat on the ground. It has no give and isn’t much different than laying on a board. It was fine for my 6yo but theres no way an adult or teen could sleep on it. Absent an upgrade to that bed the property is best suited for one couple.

Location is 10/10!!! It was so nice being able to walk downtown whenever we wanted around our one year old's schedule & not have to worry about time wasted in the car. Very large open space & very clean, which was most appreciated being that we have a little one crawling everywhere! Only complaints- the seating/living room area is not comfortable when you do have to stay in. The baking pans are very flaky, we had pieces in our food even after scrubbing prior to use. There was a broom but no pan to sweep into which made clean up a little difficult after our one year old ate. Very minimal kitchen supplies but we were able to make it work for the time being. We would absolutely recommend & stay again! Only complaints- seating

The place is nice and it is a nice location. The keypad to enter the building is very touchy and doesn’t work very well. It took us like 10 try’s to get it to work each time we entered. Also, the most annoying part, the bed was not made and it looked like it hadn’t been touched since the last guests stayed there. Luckily we found some clean bedding in the closet to use. The rest of the place seemed clean, not the worst or best VRBO experience I’ve had.

No reply from owner on missing items

The loft was fine but it was very frustrating that we never received a reply to a message sent when we checked in regarding missing items. The bed was low but comfortable. The couch was uncomfortable so we sat on the balcony most of the time we were there and not sleeping. The kitchen was not what I would call well equipped since we had nothing to take a hot pan out of the oven. Parking was a challenge on the weekend.

Estes Park is one of the most stunningly beautiful places in the country. Hiking, climbing and any outdoor activities are right out the front door and one could spend years exploring the miles of trails in the National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park. This loft is ideally situated in the heart of downtown and just a few minutes drive from RMNP, giving guests the best that Estes Park has to offer.

What makes this property unique

Sitting on the deck in the morning sun was my favorite thing to do. The great room also has so much light, it almost feels like being outside. This property is one-of-a-kind in Estes Park, for those with a love of the mountains, but aren't the 'cabin' type. It's a great combination of a mountain getaway with all the amenities you'd expect from a luxury property.
