Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds unmade Clear out fridge/freezer Leave trash containers at curb for pickup Do not leave trash on the ground because it invites unwanted critters If containers are full call
Remove trash from dock if applicable. Replace black bag with a fresh one. There should be extra bags in the bottom of the can.
Do not leave any chairs loose on the dock. Strong winds are common and will blow them in the lake. Please stack or use bungee cords to secure chairs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We bought the house with our two daughters, Chrissy Wood and Nancy Baird. We love meeting up with our children and grandchildren at the lake and hope that you will make wonderful memories like we have.

Why they chose this property

We chose this house on Lake LBJ because it is a constant level lake, meaning there is always water. We love the location on the lake as well. The house is in a large, quiet cove without a lot of boat traffic. So swimming and hanging out in the water is calm and relaxing. It is also a great spot for kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and fishing.

What makes this property unique

We love that this house has an extra large dock. The view is beautiful and there is plenty of room for fishing, sun bathing, lounging and dance parties.
