Tastefully remastered, 1937 cottage + rooftop lanai and BBQ area. The Kailua Beach Hideaway is tucked up on the hillside above the beach park, on a private lane. Ocean, park and Mountain view’s are captured from the rooftop sun deck.

Cozy and efficient floor plan sleeps 2 people MAX with 1 bedroom and a full bathroom + double sinks. Walk-in closet offers ample storage. SOFA-SLEEPER offers guests a separate sleeping option in the living area.
Kitchenette, has a full sized fridge and offers a K-Cup coffee maker and electric tea kettle, plus an induction cooktop and convection microwave oven. Smart TV, WIFI, and high speed Internet ready.

Great Little Condo

Beach Hideaway gem

My wife and I loved our stay in this pretty new, we’ll maintained unit. This was a great location as we combined visiting nearby family and vacation activities. This is a friendly neighborhood, a very short walk down the hill to Kailua Beach and park. The view from the rooftop deck where we enjoyed many happy hours and morning coffees is inspiring with the Ocean on one side and mountains on the other. Diana, the property manager, was very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. Diana made the whole process very easy. We can’t wait for our next visit.

Amazing Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friend and I stayed here for 33 nights, and we absolutely loved our stay in Kailua. It had everything we needed kitchen-wise, plus a blender, grill, etc. We didn't know the island very well when we arrived, but we were so glad to be in Kailua. We felt safe the whole time we were there. The closet was huge so we could both fit all of our stuff. It was an amazing spot for two people and I would definitely return! Diana was an amazing property manager and was always prompt with her responses.

Great Place, close to the beach.

The unit had everything you could ask for. It's not huge, but it is very comfortable for a couple and maybe a baby. The location is fantastic. You only have to cross one street to get to the beach and it takes about 3 minutes from door to water. It's very convenient to drive to all the restaurants and shopping in town and there is a nice market a 10 minute walk away. Make sure you pay attention to the signs and go to the Farmers Market on Sunday, it's wonderful. There is a huge deck on top with a lovely breeze in the evening. When I stayed there wasn't any furniture up there which is a shame, but I know Diana said they were getting some. Very nice fridge with filtered water dispenser, induction cook top and a BBQ outside. The only dining area is the kitchen island but it is comfortable. The AC works phenomenally well and the bed was very comfortable. I slept great. There is a huge closet and nice dresser. Diana was a great host and is very responsive. When we talked about the fact I'd be working remotely she bought a desk and office chair for the unit which was great. All in all a really nice place to stay and a great value.

The location is unbeatable, with a 2 min walk to the best beaches but also a view of the ocean from roof deck. We loved sipping our morning coffee and star gazing from the terrace. Overall the place is well equipped and very tastefully done.Above all, Diana was an amazing host and truly cared for guest experience. To begin with she was in constant touch with us to confirm our whereabouts on the day of our arrival. She left the AC on so the house didn’t feel stuffy when we arrived. Anything we requested, she delivered without hesitation, be it extra pillows, an electric kettle, introducing us to neighbors for receiving amazon packages. She even left a welcome gift which was a nice touch and we appreciated it. Towards the end, we had to extend our trip by a few days as our 1 year old had developed flu symptoms and Diana came through for us again to make the place available for a few extra nights. We stayed here for 40+ nights and enjoyed every second of it. Diana is a very responsive and considerate host which made a world of difference to our experience. Terrace is a great asset, we had so many dinners under the stars and took in amazing views of the range and ocean from there. We will return in a heartbeat!

Wonderful Kailua Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This lovely apartment was a quick few steps to the beach and pristine ocean water. The unit was clean and modern and had all amenities located within a quiet neighborhood. I was close to the beach, to hiking, to restaurants. This is an ideal spot and place for 1 to 2 guests! Relaxing and beautiful rooftop views with chairs and even a picnic table for dining and enjoying the views of the ocean, mountains, blue skies, landscaping and area.

Perfect neighborhood stay for one or two

Walk two blocks to the lifeguarded beach park, or walk 15 minutes to beautiful Lanikai Beach. Reserved place to park a car off a private drive. Very quiet, nice neighborhood. Kailua Hideaway Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was new and very nicely appointed. The view from the deck upstairs was spectacular. Kailua Beach park was only a couple of hundred yards away and the area felt very safe. Night time was very quiet with no traffic or other noise. Downtown Kailua was only a brief five minute drive away and provided all amenities one would want. The parking on site was a real plus. Overall it was a very pleasant place to stay for a month in paradise.
