Welcome to Pine Haven, your Haven in the pines! Located in Pine Colorado. We are a unique space that is a fully private residence attached to the main house. We can sleep up to 6 people comfortably in a studio-style sleeping area. About 1200 sf of living space, the main level boasts a welcome area, dining and kitchen areas, the bathroom and laundry room. The second floor is where the sleeping and living room areas are. Off the back door is your private back patio with seating and dining area, a gas grill and access to the hot tub. Enjoy the Mountain View’s and private outdoor space!

Perfect mountain getaway

Pine Haven was the perfect mountain getaway! The cozy cabin was perfect for relaxing, and had everything we needed in it! The hosts were so kind to even provide a few snacks and drinks for us as well. We also really enjoyed the hot tub. It was the perfect temp, and the most perfect view looking at the mountain peaks in the distance. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Adorable converted garage by hiking trails

This was an adorable converted garage attached to the main home. Beautiful hot tub and very nicely decorated. I’ve stayed at 6 VRBO homes and this is the first time I didn’t feel we had privacy. It would be very helpful if they hung solid drapes downstairs so that you aren’t always looking at the parking lot. Both mornings we were eating breakfast it felt like we were being watched because someone was in their car, waiting for it to warm up facing the window. The only other advice for future renters is that the washer and dryer doors are misaligned. The owners are aware and have not fixed it and will blame you if the latch breaks. We tried very hard to follow their instructions to close the washer door and the plastic latch broke. Hopefully, they will resolve the root cause of the issue.

Tucked away in the Mountain

We came to Colorado for a wedding and decided to take a long weekend without kids. Booking the reservation was quick and easy. Kristen and Ken were very responsive and communicated throughout the process. The house is perfection. It is decorated well and perfect for a family getaway or a couples getaway. There are plenty of activities available in the cabin and the hot tub. The outdoor patio is comfortable and well kept for relaxing. We found the king size bed to be very comfortable with soft blankets and plenty of warmth for sleeping. The windows open at night kept the room cool. There is a propane space heater in the corner that keeps the room comfortable. Every inch of space has been used well. The chairs are comfortable as well as the couches. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials - the only thing I needed was a pizza stone! The dottera essentials made the cabin feel homey! Rate 10/10!

Perfect Spot for Relaxing

Needed a weekend getaway. The property was so cozy and we loved every second. The hot tub was nice and private and relaxing. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed.

Heaven in the mountains

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 10 year anniversary in the mountains in Colorado and found this amazing place after looking for weeks. It was our first time booking on VRBO so we weren’t sure what to expect but Ken and Kristen were extremely helpful and quick to reply to all our questions. The house was so inviting and cozy. It was even better than the pictures show. The hosts have thought of every single detail possible to make the stay as comfortable as possible. They even were so sweet to leave us a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary! If we could give this place 6 stars, we absolutely would! If you are looking for the perfect mountain getaway, this is the place for you! So serene and peaceful and we loved exploring the Pine Valley Ranch Park & Jefferson County Open Space that was just a minute away. We are already looking forward to planning our next trip and staying here again!

Our guest suite is completely separate from our home, yet is attached by a breeze way area. Our guests get to enjoy the privacy of their own back patio area. There is a shared hot tub space, that the owners like to leave for guest usage when guests are staying in the guest home! Our ultimate goal is to allow our guests privacy, quiet and relaxation on their vacation with us. You are our guest and we want you to feel content and enjoy your stay! Your comfort is our number 1 goal!

What makes this property unique

We are conveniently located with in walking distance or a 3/4 mile short drive to Pine Valley Open Space, enjoy over 900 acres to explore, hike, bike, fish, kayak, picnic, horseback ride, ice fish, ice skate, cross country ski, snowshoe, etc. We are located just outside cute small town, Pine Grove, where you can eat or enjoy drinks at Zoka's Restaurant, find a hidden treasure at the Pine Emporium, or visit with the locals at the Bucksnort Bar and Saloon. Drive just another 10 minutes for some of the best mountain biking at Buffalo Creek or another 20 minutes past that for some of the Best Fly-Fishing around in Decker's, CO. We are a perfect spot for those that want to enjoy all the mountains have to offer without having to pay the high costs to stay in the big ski resorts. We are only a small 1 hour 20 min drive to Breckenridge, CO. Check us out today!
