Very clean and beautiful

The house was very clean and very maintained. The only down side was it was advertised as two bedroom that slept 4 and it only one bedroom. Trey the contact person was great very helpful. I put in we had two adults and two children but something happened and it kept changing to 1 person. But the house was exceptional. Just watch your occupancy number. We stayed there because of my daughter was graduating from boot camp at fort Jackson.

Hi Diana. When you booked the home it was listed as a 1 bedroom and clearly stated in the original listing that the upstairs was unfurnished but could be used if needed in its unfurnished state. The listing was updated well after your booking for dates in November which reflected the the two bedrooms and subsequent price increase. You booked the home on September 21 for 1 person with a listing for $75 per night for a 1 bedroom home to which 4 people showed up. Please do not try and state that the home was listed as a 2 bedroom for when you booked when it was not.

Spot-on In every way

Trey was so easy to get ahold of (at any hour of the night!) and very understanding, I literally could not have asked for a better experience. I brought my dog with me and the neighbors were so kind and introduced themselves to both of us. I was admittedly a bit off put by this listing (because it seemed too good to be true), but everything was absolutely perfect. Totally clean, welcoming, and private (enough for a single woman to feel safe all alone!) and I will definitely be back here if I’m ever in the area again. No complaints!!! (:
