Perfect Little 2 Bedroom Basement apartment

Basement apartment. Completely separate from main home. Walk out entrance. Amazing view of Tooele Valley. Perfect for business trip or visiting family. 40 minutes from Salt Lake City and the airport . 1 hr from Park City.
It is outside of the city, and in a quiet neighborhood.
Note : this basement apartment is located underneath a upstairs family home . There is a tendency to hear footsteps and dog paws or doors opening . You WILL hear people living upstairs . We try to do our best to keep it down , but just thought I’d mention this .
And unfortunately at the moment , we do not authorize pets to stay here .
For energy purposes, we like to keep the Cooling set at 72-74 and Heating 68-72.

This was one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in so far. Check in was smooth and the place was clean and had everything you could ask for. Washer dryer coffee maker dish washer soaps and even games to play. The beds were both really comfy and the couch big and also more than comfy. Blankets for tv nights and a terrace with a beautiful view!!! You could eben see. Small portion of the great salt lake!! We loved staying at Jeremy’s place!!! The area was very quiet and more than safe. A short drive would lead you to supermarkets, gas stations and everything else you might need. We strongly recommend his place and when we ever come back to Tooele we will most definitely stay there again!!!Best wishes from Germany!!!Dee & family

This place is beautiful and clean. There is a very slight incline of the walkway from the car to the door, but it's one level. No stairs. It's very private and has a short fence. I highly recommend anyone staying here. The view shows the mountains and across the city to the great Salt Lake. This rental is very much worth starting at.

Just like home

The vrbo was awesome. It was clean and supplied with everything you need. The location was prefect, with a great quiet view. I could easily just move in and live there. Everything was planned for, plus there were little treats to make it just like home.
