This direct oceanfront condo is very clean and newly renovated! Kind size bed in the master to the left soon as you walk in. As you make your way down the hall you will be captivated by the gorgeous ocean views ahead! To the left will be the kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a king size pull out sleeper sofa. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony as you hear the sounds of waves rolling in…. The building offers in an indoor and outdoor pool or take a walk to the beach access directly in front of building.

Wish it was cleaner.

The view of the ocean was beautiful, however the cleanliness of the condo was not great. There were multiple items from previous guests left behind in dresser drawers and around the condo as well as a lot of hair from previous guests. There was also dirt and leaves in a dresser drawer as well as a nicotine patch stuck to the bathroom floor. This was less than desirable considering our 9 month old wanted to be crawling around the condo. The property manager was quick to respond, but it was unfortunate that we had to contact him several times for more towels (we were only left 1 bath towel and no kitchen towels) and a broken shower head. Those things were corrected quickly. Overall, it was an okay place, just wish it had been cleaner.

Great location, but not very clean

This condo is in a great location, walking distance to the beach. The cleanliness wasn’t the best. I don’t think it had been vacuumed very well. The toilet and the bottom of the toilet had pee all around it.
