Outdoor Pool & Covered Patio in Central NE Mesa

Located in Northeast Mesa on the corner of Gilbert Rd and E Brown Rd, we bring you a 4 bedroom home and a stunning backyard. Two bedrooms will have ensuite bathrooms, the master bed has a private TV and the living, dining and kitchen areas create an open floorplan throughout the rest of the home. The private backyard is the perfect space for endless pool days and catching sun on the lounge chaise chairs. You can grill out, relax as your turn on TV, or light up the gas fire pit!

| Bedrooms |
As you enter the home through the fron door, the primary bedroom is stright in front of you behind a set of double doors. A king size mattress and television prepare these guest for a cozy, private nights rest.

On this side of the home you'll walk around the corner to find the 2nd and 3rd spare bedrooms. Both of these rooms have a nice queen size bed and end tables with lighting!

Lastly, tucked away to the right of the kitchen the 4th bedroom. The twin size day bed and a private bathroom makes this room perfect for an extra guest!

The four bedrooms are complete with soft linens, closet space with extra blankets and pillows, and overhead lighting and a ceiling fan.

The three full bathrooms will have shampoo & conditioner, body wash, handwash, and towels.

The master bathroom has an open concept off the bedroom. It has a nice walk-in, tile floor shower with glass walls and a double sink & mirror vanity. You can also find the spacious walk in closet to the left of the bathroom.

The second private bathroom is located in our office & daybed room. This is also a nicely tiled, walk-in shower next to the toilet and one sink vanity.

The guest bathroom is in the hallway to the bedrooms. This shower tub combo is perfect for kids bath time and the double sink vanity will be great if multiple guests need to get ready for dinner!

The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, plates & bowls, cooking utensils, and smaller kitchen appliances. We plan for you to utilize this space to store beverages and small snacks or to host a 3-course meal for family and friends. You can rest assured you’ll be able to start your day with a cup of coffee from the dual pot & pod Keurig and then start your happy hour with a nice glass of wine if desired!

The open dining area seats 8 guests by utilizing the extension in the closet and two extra chairs placed throughout home.

| Lounges |
The main living room area is located immediately to the left as you enter the foyer. The large sectional and TV invite you to have a movie night! All TV's located throughout the home will have access to Hulu Live TV via a smart television!

| Outdoor Space |
The private backyard has many moments for you to enjoy during your trip. The covered patio seating with an outdoor TV is perfect for the cooler evenings or game days! Nice counter space and a built in grill to prepare and cook food while enjoying the beautiful AZ weather. Towards the back of the yard you'll find the built in firepit to turn on during the winter months as the sun starts to go down!

Lastly, The outdoor pool taking up the left side of the yard is refreshing for the summer months! It is open all year around however it is not heated. We have 4 lounge chairs for you to relax poolside on and a lime tree that provides a little afternoon shade if needed. The pool is equipped with a light and then the backyard is strung with lights for you to be able to continue your swim into the sunset!

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property's grill/ BBQ. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

- This is a non-smoking property, fines start at $2000.00 for smoking inside the property.

- In the case of a refund request, the processing fees will not be refunded.
- Strict “No house party” policy! Anyone planning to have a party should book elsewhere.

- All City of Mesa noise complaint fines will be automatically billed to the customer. Fines start at $250.

- No smoking inside the property, fines start at $2000.00

- Any cancellations due to Covid or any other illnesses will be subject to the cancellation policy associated with the listing. No refunds or credits will be issues due to COVID-19 or any other health related issues
