LuxeHome is an ultramodern, vibrant, and striking 3 bedroom home. Centrally located to make for a great night “out” and cozy back patio for date night. When you walk through the door you will be greeted with an open concept living area that is perfect for spending time with your group of friends and family, or as we like to say “framily”. Don’t worry – with smart TVs in every room and an office space, this home is sure to meet all your needs!

*4 cars in the driveway
*additional street parking in front of home (no more than 2 cars)

*Guest Access information and instructions will be given upon check in

*Early check-in/Late check-out is available upon request
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
The early check-in fee is $25 per hour early.

*Late check-out is 12pm and the fee is $40.
Late check-out is only applicable if requested.
If you overstay past the agreed upon normal 11am check-out time there is a fee of $80.
This $80 fee will be automatically deducted from your security deposit.

Absolutely The Best

I used this home for my daughters prom send off and it was beautiful,nice and clean I have not 1 complaint the area is quiet and right across the street from a park I would definitely recommend this home Thanks Andrew!!!!!

Birthday Event

The place was beautiful and very spacious, the upstairs was great and the master bedroom was absolutely gorgeous. The whole time we were there it was just awesome and even though it’s 5th ward the area was very quiet and actually decent. Would definitely recommend and book again!
