About this property

Located at Solterra, one of the most beautiful Resorts in Disney area, this house is a must stay! Here you will have 5 Bedrooms and a 4.5 bathrooms. The resort has an amazing Club House area equipped with Gym, huge pools, bars, kids area and much more. This is a gated community with door man, and security 24/7. Around the resort you will find restaurants, stores, gas station and all you need to enjoy your stay.

We do provide a few essentials to you for your arrival as like paper towels, trash bags in all cans, dish sponge and detergent, one toilet paper in each bathroom, a soap bar plus shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom.

Per Florida Law opened food is not allowed to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator, however all food is removed from property after each guest check out. So, no condiments, cooking essentials and supplies will be provided prior your arrival. Additional supplies and foods must be purchased by guests.

Property was double booked

I booked this rental but didn't receive the key/lock information. Upon arriving in Orlando, I messaged the host and got the door code fairly quickly, allowing me to enter the townhouse. However, I was surprised to find another family inside who had also rented the property through a different rental app. I immediately contacted the host, who informed me that my rental was actually for a different property a few blocks away. Upon checking the app again, I realized that the address was indeed for the original property I had gone to. It seems like the host may have double-booked and tried to shift blame. The second house was quite different from the photos in the listing and was noticeably dirty, with crumbs, hairs, tissues, and stains on the carpets, sheets, and pillows. Please check the reviews for Nord Holiday before booking this house.
