About this property

Freshly updated for 2024, this beach home is just 75 yards to the beach. With three king size beds, one queen and a twin with a twin trundle, it can easily accommodate a group of 10. Freshly painted inside and out with great new features, this home shows pride of ownership throughout. This beautiful, 4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom coastal home features a private pool and hot tub (Pool Heat available for $400/week), as well as plenty of seating on the outside patio for your whole family to enjoy as you play and relax around the pool or at the beach! A new outside dining table provides outdoor dining by the pool for 8.

The cozy family room has ample seating and a large flat screen tv. The kitchen is well equipped and has bar seating as well as a table with seating for 8.

Just off the dining room there is a deck to the back stairs with full size gas grill. This home also includes a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

The master suite is located on the left wing and has a King bed and features a flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, and a beautiful private bath. In the right wing is a King Bedroom with bath just outside the door. Upstairs are a Queen and a King Bedroom (this room also has a twin size day bed and trundle) and features a full size bathroom located in hall way between the 2 bedrooms, in addition to a workspace.

You will be sure to enjoy all this has to offer and you and your family are only a 5th row, short walk to lovely North Forest Beach about 1 mile to Coligny Plaza. Covered parking is available as well.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our family (6 adults) really enjoyed this property. It is spacious, clean and well maintained with all the amenities we like. The location is convenient to beach access, and is just a short bike or car ride to Coligny. We plan to return next year!
