Cancellation Policy (does not apply to Airbnb bookings): If Guest cancels the reservation more than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, Guest will be refunded 95% of any payments made. If Guest cancels the reservation less than thirty (30) days before the Arrival Date, any payments made by Guest will be forfeited. No refunds will be given once final payment has been made. It is advised that Guest purchase Vacation Insurance through a third-party provider.

Our fully equipped kitchen allows you to choose if you would rather cook a family sized feast or call-in delivery. We have both a 12-cup drip coffee maker and a French press with ground coffee, sugar and assorted tea bags provided.

If you're looking to spend quality time with your friends or family, we have plenty to keep everyone busy. We host a variety of board games, mini library, large screen cable TV with streaming and outdoor fun galore.

OUTSIDE:

Sway on the covered porch rocking chairs and garden hammock or enjoy outdoor games on the lush grass. The large, custom, outdoor shower with rain-shower head and handheld sprayer, allows for a relaxing cooldown from the sand and salt after a day at the beach.

The backyard shed is fully stocked with 10 beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling Igloo cooler, a rolling cart and children’s beach toys available for guests to use. There are also many yard games to play including cornhole, KanJam, bocce, crochet, giant Jenga and more.

Our home is conveniently located on one of the few island streets with drive-on beach ramp access. Seasonal drive-on pass sold at the gate from March 1st to September 30th. 4-wheel drive vehicles recommended or required based on beach ramp access conditions.

Take a short stroll to the West end of our street to watch the sunset over the intercoastal Matanzas River. No photo can truly capture the incredible beauty of the local flora and fauna under the warm colors at that golden hour.
