Enjoy this fantastic Florida beach house located just a stone’s throw from beautiful Vilano Beach!! Nestled in gorgeous dune oaks, Tucker’s Hideaway is a high-end, spacious home perfect for large families to have plenty of room to hang out and take advantage of that awesome location just off the beach and a short ride into historic St. Augustine. Maximize the great outdoors and views while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine on the multiple decks across the back of the home. Tucker's Hideaway has been newly furnished with stylish casual furnishings and stocked with all you will need to have a carefree time-away.



When you first enter this tri-level home you will be greeted by a bright and open two-story living space open to a modern, gourmet kitchen and dining space. Multiple glass doors give easy access to the broad deck across the entire length of the home. The two secondary rooms are located off this main level with direct deck access from the queen room, and a double twin with trundle bedroom outfitted perfectly for kids. The Master bedroom is located upstairs and has its own furnished balcony with direct ocean views and luxurious bathroom featuring a jacuzzi and walk-in shower. This floor also features a home office space with ocean view for those who are looking for a "working vacation." The lower level of the home is a large bonus billiard room with pool table, full bathroom with walk-in shower, large screen TV, wet bar, and futon and chairs that can be converted to beds. This room opens to the lower patio which is a magical space surrounded by dune oaks with hammock, picnic table and grill. A spiral staircase leads from the lower patio up to the main floor deck. The outdoor shower is adjacent and just outside the two-car garage where beach supplies are located.



Just down the road is Vilano Beach Town Center. There you can stroll down palm tree-lined Vilano Road (Vilano's "Main Street") along sea-colored sidewalk pavers to the Vilano Pier which offers beautiful sunset views across the river to Historic St. Augustine. You can also fish off the Pier. On your way back through the Art Deco/Florida Vernacular-styled Vilano Beach Town Center, stop in for a great meal at one of five local restaurants ranging from pizza to Chinese to Italian to seafood. Or pick up picnic/snack items at the Publix Grocery, which includes a deli, liquor store and a pharmacy. Back at the beach enjoy swimming, sunning, surfing, fishing and skimboarding. Be sure to check out the popular riverfront restaurant with dock and water views, Caps on the Water, located just a half mile away!

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.



Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
