Cozy and relaxing you're home away from home, Paradise Pine, features an open floor plan that allows for a natural flow between the great room, kitchen with an oversize island and dining room. Kick back and relax on plush cabin styled furnishings. This home invites you in and allows for memories to me made with loved ones comfortably sleeping 8 people.

The great room comfortably seats guests around a stone fireplace and large 75" HD TV with Sonos soundbar. Sit back and watch a family favorite movie or enjoy some friendly competition with a board or card game. The fully appointed kitchen is complete with gourmet appliances including a gas range and is very well stocked for any of your cooking needs. The wood dining table seats six and there is seating for four at the oversized island bar. The upstairs loft is set up for the perfect game room or kid hang out with an HD TV, shuffleboard and a table for games and puzzles.

Enjoy outdoor living with an outdoor seating area that seats four. Make s'mores around the gas fire pit with seating for four. Grill your dinner on a stainless Weber BBQ and eat outside at an outdoor table with seating for 6.

111 Sweet Shop features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms:
• The master bedroom is located on the first floor with a king-size bed. The en-suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower, a luxurious soaking tub, and private access to the patio.
• The second bedroom is upstairs with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with large shower.
• The third bedroom is off the loft with a queen-size bed, a raised stage with two twin sized beds and a en suite bathroom with double sinks and a bathtub that is shared with the loft.
• The half bathroom is on the first floor.
• The bunk room is on the main floor with glass french doors.

The house is beautifully decorated and very family friendly. There’s a kids room with bunk beds, teepe and books. Upstairs there’re board games and a shuffle board. The location is pretty close to the inn and lodge. When we needed to find the gas tank for the grill it’s easy to contact the host and solve the problem. We had a great time visiting!

We had an incredible stay at this Suncadia home! The house itself was amazing- cozy, warm, and thoughtfully designed in every way. It was extremely user-friendly, making our stay effortless and comfortable. Our visit happened to coincide with Winterfest, which made the whole experience feel truly magical. My friends and I stayed at this lovely home for two nights. It is exactly as advertised - immaculate, well-appointed, and in an unbeatable location in Suncadia. Thanksgiving Holiday

Excellent experience at this home. We even had our Thanksgiving dinner and had all the necessary equipment to put it on! We totally enjoyed the hot tub, the lovely fireplace, big screen TV for all the holiday football and a very comfortable setting for our family. We would love to do it all over again.

Molly was super helpful and communicative right from the beginning of booking to checking in. This home is gorgeous, spacious, and had everything we needed for our family. Memorial Day Weekend 2024

We wanted to find a place to go for Memorial Day weekend that wasn't too far of a drive. We needed a kid friendly home with a hot tub and this house met those needs and then some! It was perfect in every way; house was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We'll definitely stay here again; Molly was prompt to answer my questions and my (2) granddaughters had a blast playing witht all of the toys!

Cozy just like a home.

We recently stayed here with our kids for a quick and impromptu recharge from the normal day to day. We found "Paradise Pine" by chance and we are glad that we did. Communication from Molly was great! Everything was exactly as described. The home was very well kept and felt more like a home than a rental. I really appreciated that the home was furnished more tastefully than the run of the mill rental. They really did a great job extending their second home to share with their guests. Well done.

We are a family of 5 that love the fresh mountain air. Our favorite activity in Suncadia is golfing as a family. We also love bike rides around the property, parking at lake Clem Elum and floating in the lake, summer concerts at Nelson farm and sledding on the golf course in the winter months. Our home didn’t start as a rental. We spent all weekends here enjoying our family time. As kids have grown and they are busy with sports and activities we have opened our home up for others to enjoy. Because our home is still used by us it stands out from other rentals as being more cozy and comfy and truly feels like a home away from home.

Why they chose this property

We chose a home in this neighborhood because it is central and walkable to so much that Suncadia has to offer. You can walk to multiple parks, the Inn, The lodge, swiftwater, Restaurants , golf and disc golf. The paths that go around Suncadia are just steps away from our home. You will often find a few families of deer in the yard on across the street.
