Property was originally built as 2 Villas; we have maintained the structure, but it is rented as 1 private home. Two-story home with 2 Master Suites, both with Private Lanais overlooking the lawn area and Ocean. 2 Family Rooms, both with Ocean views. The home also has 8 flat screen TV's as well as wireless internet. SPLIT SYSTEM A.C. UNITS IN EACH ROOM--you control your thermostat in each room, as you see fit.
Beautiful views of West Maui Mountains, Lanai and Haleakala!! Just can't beat the home and all that is has to offer for the price!
We can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably in our 6-bedroom home. The ocean views are incredible!

It was absolutely immaculate. The kitchen was stocked well with everything you would need. It was perfect for our family of 11. The pool was very clean and inviting. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. There had been heavy rain and flooding the last two days we were there and we appreciated the concern they had for our safety.

Beautiful location, huge grassy area for the grandkids to run around. Steps to the beach. Very clean. Plenty of pool and ocean toys. Steps from the back door, I spent hours sitting on the beach watching my grandson play in the sand. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed.We arrived during the huge Kona Low storm of March 26. We are a lemonade type of family so although the weather limited us to many activities. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to return.The owner and management went above and beyond helping our family navigate our stay during a very hectic time on the island. Excellent, immediate, and caring communinaction. We couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. We look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time. The house was well equipped for staying in or going to the beach. We saw lots of turtles on the beach and it was so nice to have the beach to ourselves. Location was nice to see lots of the island. I only wish we could have had a longer vacation.

Wonderful view and easy beach access. Enjoyed private pool every day, and our grandson went from being afraid to jump into his dad’s arms to never wanting to get out of the pool! Perfect spot for a family vacation

Three generations of our family, ranging in age from almost 2 to over 70, spent a wonderful week in this well-equipped Kihei home. The location was great for day trips to nearby beaches (with a bin full of gear including aquasocks and beach towels, and boogie boards), but we also loved hanging out “home”—enjoying the pool, playing on the lawn, swimming in the ocean with the turtles, and having leisurely dinners on the patio. A perfect way to celebrate Gramma’s big birthday…!

This house and location was amazing. Beach access any time of day, and usually solitude. Kids had a great time in the pool when not in the ocean. Property manager was very communicative, we had no complaints. Will book again!

Beautiful property with lots of room. Good location close to town. The beach is calm in the morning but not accessible in the evenings due to high tides pushing up against the shore. Unbelievable sunsets. Great pool and good appliances throughout. Kitchen very well supplied. We had some issues with WiFi but owner and property manager did their best to fix. Great big lawn for 5 grandsons to play sunset baseball. Turtles on the beach to the left before 7 am and saw 6 at 10pm.

Wonderful, Inviting Stay

Our family of six adults had a wonderful, relaxing stay. There were beautiful sunsets to watch on a comfortable patio, a spacious yard to play and plenty of leisurely strolls on the beach. The proximity to groceries and restaurants were within walking distance and everyone had space to spread out. This home was a true gem to find and spend our time in Maui.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property pictures and description were accurate, and the host was very responsive to our needs. The home is updated, furnished and appointed exquisitely. Sunsets are spectacular. Beach is great. The layout of the house is a little awkward at first but you get used to it. Would absolutely stay again.

Our family and guests are always blessed with the nature and the people of this great island of Maui. Kapu Beachfront offers a sense of security and privacy within a gated community. Covered parking leads to the dual entries of the home where you are greeted by the exquisite but home-like interior. The two kitchens and common spaces as well as six bedrooms and bathrooms, are furnished with everything you may need to comfortably enjoy your time here. The backyard oasis provides plenty of space and seating for enjoying the Maui breeze and harmony of native birds and crashing waves, as well as a barbecue and pool for outdoor gatherings. Tiki torches offer the perfect island nighttime aesthetic! Just beyond is a lush, grassed area, accentuated with iconic island palms, only steps to the soft sand beach and beautiful oceanfront where you may catch glimpses of humpback whales (keep an eye for them from your backyard or ocean view private lanais November-February) or sea turtles (September-November), and take in captivating sunsets. The surrounding area conveniently offers grocery shopping, restaurants and activities within walking distance.
