✔ PETS - We are pet friendly, but please no cats. Please ensure your pet does not cause damage to the unit. There is a $150 pet fee if you decide to bring your pet along. We will request the pet fee directly through the booking platform the day you arrive, or you can select the pet fee when booking the home.

✔ POTENTIAL FOR NOISE - This is a 150-year-old house, built in 1867, and the walls are thin and not soundproof. It is possible that you may hear noise at some point during your stay. If you are sensitive to street noise, we highly suggest packing earplugs or utilizing a white noise app.
