The house is spacious with high ceilings and large rooms in a nice location on a somewhat busy street. The owners/managers were helpful and responsive and kindly allowed us early check-in. We would have liked the outdoor spaces to have been tidier and more nicely tended and the entrance locks to have been easier/more intuitive to operate. Overall a very nice stay.

During pollen season in Savannah, outdoor spaces can accumulate pollen very quickly, and we’re not able to maintain porches and exterior areas on an hourly basis, but we understand the impact and will continue looking for ways to improve presentation when possible. We also hear you on the entrance locks and will work on making them more intuitive and user-friendly.

This house was perfect for our stay in Savannah for St. Patrick’s Day. It was clean & had all the supplies we needed. It’s walkable to many locations including bars/restaurants/groceries. It’s a bit of a hike to Riverfront, but Ubers are probably more available on not as busy of a weekend. We would stay here again in the future.

The property looks exactly like the pictures. It is not quite walking distance to places like River St, but ride shares are plentiful! The house itself was beautiful. Was very clean, lots of space to spread out, kitchen had everything we needed, and had plenty of pillows/towels/blankets.

We loved the house & decor. Everything was fully stocked- though we did have to purchase more liquid hand soap as we prefer to bar soap but could not find refills. This was not a big issue. The beds were superb! The house was cozy and very clean!We would have appreciated info that the front of the house was on a busy street. There was some traffic noise at night. The outside steps and driveway/driveway access area are in need of repair and were somewhat dangerous. Our mom was with us and is 92 and we had to bring her up the side stairs with 2 of us helping her.

Regarding the hand soap, we do supply both liquid hand soap and bar soap in all of our homes, so it’s surprising to hear that the liquid soap ran out during your stay. We appreciate you mentioning it, and we’ll double-check our stocking process to ensure this doesn’t happen again. As for the street noise, the majority our homes are located in the downtown area, and part of the charm — and reality — of downtown living is hearing street traffic, buses, trains, cargo ships, fog horns, and emergency vehicles from time to time. We understand this can be unexpected for some guests, and we’ll work on making this clearer in our listing. In regard to the steps, it can be plainly seen in our photos that steps must be traversed to enter the home. The Perfect Spot!

This house was fantastic, as was the property manager, Patrick! We are a group of 9 adults that travel together routinely to different cities and this house gave us the perfect setup. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was well decorated and just overall a great property. We found that it was centrally located and easy to get just about anywhere in under 10 minutes. You can't go wrong when deciding to book this house!
