This modern home has an open floor plan and provides plenty of space to gather in the living room and dining room. Pelican Point is just a skip over to many restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful sandy beaches in Wilmington! Come stay a while at this brand-new modern home off of Masonboro Loop!

This spacious home offers a comfortable living space for four guests. The living room holds a 55” Smart TV with all your favorite streaming apps and a queen size pullout sofa with a memory foam mattress. The living room opens to the the kitchen, dining room, and a workspace perfect for those that work from home or work on the go. Take the steps upstairs to the bathroom, a full-sized washer and dryer, and a main bedroom suit with a queen size bed and a private deck perfect for sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset. If you follow the stone path to the backyard you can enjoy a private patio stocked with a grill, fire pit, and comfy outdoor seating. Kick back after a long day at the beach under the twinkling lights or around a warm fire. This home is a boat friendly space! Plenty of parking and just a couple of streets over from Trails End Public Boat Ramp.

Cute guest house

Staying at this property was very easy and convenient. The hosts were great and the house had everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Location was great, easy to get to both main beaches in the area. Lots of amenities nearby, with some helpful recommendations from the hosts. Would definitely stay again!

It was cute place to stay It was very clean. It would be nice to have a couple more towels and towel hooks. It was good spot to have as our home base for visiting Wilmington.

Nice little guest house

The location was I ideal for me. Was in town to visit with family that lived just two miles away. It has a studio apartment vibe. I really enjoyed my stay.

3 days, 3 beaches

Very happy with our stay here! Extremely clean and very quiet location. Pictures match exactly what we experienced. Easy access to several beaches, state park, zoo and aquarium. Roughly 15 to 20 minutes and you can be anywhere you want to be! Lots of local restaurants nearby and you can find chain restaurants just a short drive away. Would highly recommend for anyone heading to the Wilmington area, including Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach or Kure Beach.
