Checkin was super easy. Was traveling w kids for baseball tournament. Erin was accommodating w a few hours extension on checkout for rain delay. House was clean and nice. Up to date. We brought a group of 9 and found the house excellently suited for our needs. It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was well stocked but not overwhelming, decor was beautiful, and overall wonderful stay. We will definitely stay here again in future!

This property is in a great location to be able to easily get to the Kentucky Expo center where our girls were playing volleyball. This was our 3rd time at the house and we love it! The owner, Erin, is the best! The house is spacious, clean, and so cute!

I booked Erin’s place for a bachelorette party and everything was perfect! Erin’s place was exactly as pictured, fully stocked with any essentials you may need, and her communication was quick and responsive. The house was an easy 8-10 minute drive/Uber ride into Louisville which was perfect for our group. Overall, an amazing stay and an awesome host!

Perfect weekend getaway!

This was the perfect “home base”, for our group of 4 couples, to spend a long weekend in the Louisville area! The home was well appointed and had everything we needed. Beautiful Home

We rented this property with friends for a NYE boardgame night. The home is absolutely incredible, thoughtfully stocked with essentials you might have forgotten to pack. Beautifully renovated interior and plenty of space for everyone to sleep. I would happily stay here again if in need of a hosting space larger than my home. Some areas of the neighborhood could use the superficial updates that this gorgeous home received, but the neighborhood is quiet, very little traffic, plenty of parking, and very conveniently located for exploring in Southern IN and Lousiville.

From the minute I booked this home until the minute we left everything was just perfect. Erin reached out shortly after booking to go over a few things. She was an AMAZING host. This home was SPOTLESS, beautifully decorated, the attention to every detail did not go unnoticed! This home was in a super quiet neighborhood and just a stones throw from the interstate. House was nice, neighborhood was a little concerning. A few suggestions for the house: TVs in the bedrooms Coffee table in family room Cushion toppers on mattresses (they were very firm) After booking, provide cell number access for renters to communicate with owner, having to go through VRBO app is a little tedious. Overall, house is nice. Understand you can’t control the neighborhood.

Thank you for the input, Gregory! It is greatly appreciated. VRBO actually provides phone number contact information once the booking is confirmed, but I also have a House Manual on the dining room table that provides a cell phone number and email address for myself, as well as two other emergency cell phone numbers. I would have gladly provided my cell phone number if requested. As far as the neighborhood, it's a quiet street where I've always felt safe residing in the home as a primary residence. It is a neighborhood going through revitalization, but there are several new homes being built and others being remodeled, and it is becoming more beautiful every day.

Why they chose this property

I was drawn to the property for its proximity to downtown Jeffersonville, IN, and Louisville, KY! It is very close to two main bridges leading to Louisville and several major interstates. Although located near the heart of so many attractions just minutes away, it is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Two blocks away is Riverside Drive with beautiful views of the Falls of the Ohio and access to the Ohio River Greenway (a paved running and cycling path).

What makes this property unique

The home is situated on a double lot with additional off street parking in the driveway on the extra lot. The back yard is fenced in, flat, and spacious. There is a large, wrap around porch perfect for relaxing and grilling on the Blackstone grill. On the inside, the first floor of the home boasts a living room, dining room, kitchen, mud room, guest half bathroom, and master bedroom featuring a king bed and private bathroom. The upstairs features 3 additional bedrooms (2 rooms have 1 queen bed and the largest room has 2 queen beds) and a full bathroom. The home is bright, cozy, and provides plenty of space to spread out.
