Great Family Getaway

We came in for my son’s wedding. The separation of rooms gave everyone their own space bus we had plenty of room to come together in the living room and kitchen. Great house, great location, great host. Highly recommended!!!

Fantastic property and insanely perfect location for mountain biking.

A few minutes away from Masterpiece (the short but super cool rideable art work trail) on the Slaughter Pen trail system… great space for post-ride hang outs, cook outs, and backyard fires. Tons of space and bathrooms. Everything was perfect for our 2.5 families. Such a fun weekend!

The property was exceptionally lovely, clean, and filled with all of the amenities we needed. The furnishings were comfortable and made us feel at home. What a find! The house worked perfectly for our Siblings Reunion, four couples who hadn't gotten together in a very long time. The location is ideal for enjoying all that Bentonville has to offer. The house itself is laid out so well and decorated beautifully. Everyone talked about the comfortable beds. The host was gracious and communication from him was very excellent. Girls Trip

Celebrated a milestone birthday with a group of women. Enjoyed the layout of home and neighborhood. We were able to walk to Crystal Bridges and took short Uber ride to Bentonville Square. Would recommend this house for close friends, couples or families. Great weekend!

Luxury Home

We very much enjoyed our weekend stay at this Luxury 5 bedroom home. We had 5 couples who all were pleased with their accommodations. We had enough room to watch a football game together, eat breakfast, store our bikes in the garage, etc. The location to the trails and downtown Bentonville was very convenient. Furnishings and linens were top scale. Wonderful amentities such as coffee and hand soaps etc. We would definitely stay again. The communication with Blue Water Management was excellent too.

Wonderful house/perfect location

Everything was more than we expected. The only thing I would say is to check the hot water heater for the bathroom downstairs shared by the two Queen bedrooms. The water was only lukewarm, shower never got hot. Everything else was perfect!!!!!!!
