This home away from home is in a prestigious gated Resort community (royalcoachmanrvresort.com) just 25 minutes south of the Sarasota/Bradenton airport. Heated pool, clubhouse, fitness center, pickle ball, tennis, volleyball, putt-putt golf, bocce, kayaks, canoes, bicycles, and easy access to the Legacy Trail.

Enjoy the fresh breeze on our spacious front porch or in the newly updated open living/dining area! Nice, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a second semiprivate bedroom. All necessities are included...just pack what you need!

Whether you love to cook or grill, grocery stores are within a mile and a half. And if eating out is your preference, you will never have to go to the same place twice! So many choices!

And if you are looking for fun social activities to join in on, sign up for bingo, karaoke, scheduled outdoor movie nights, bonfires with live music, concerts, stained glass and wood workshops and more.

A great getaway

The house is like new, and very comfortable, and it has everything you need. The resort has beautiful grounds, swimming pool, miniature golf ,tennis court, clubhouse and many activities

We are Michigan natives who enjoy the warm weather! As proud parents of a large family, we so far have 8 grand children that we can't get enough of. Family has always been a number one priority of ours and the outdoors is our favorite way of spending time, whether it is bathing in the sun, going for a walk or doing outdoor sports. We love being active as much as we like relaxing. We look forward to sharing with you a bit of what makes us so happy!

Why they chose this property

As Michigan natives, we have been bringing our family to this resort since over 30 years ago! It was a great place to relax and let the kids hang out and have fun while we would visit our parents who had condos on the Gulf and Bay. As retirement came around, we couldn't think of a better place to spend our winters than back at the Royal Coachman Resort where we made all of those fond memories and have had so many long and short term vacations. The more time we spend here, the more we love not only our own place and all of the amenities, but also this lovely community where everyone is relaxed and there is always a friendly smile. We would love to share this experience with you!

What makes this property unique

The spacious front porch makes this a great place to sit outside for a drink on a quiet evening or to have some friends over if you are entertaining. And the newly updated interior with an open living/dining area makes lounging inside with a good book, watching a good show, or preparing your favorite meal feel just as much like being on vacation as hanging out by the pool. With the pool, bikes and so many activities available right here on the Resort (within just a minute's walking distance) and surrounded by so many friendly people, we are convinced there is no better place to be!
