Fully equipped 1 bedroom, 1 bath mobile home getaway in a premier resort. Lots of resort activities including tennis, pickleball, pool and just 10 minutes from Nokomis beach. All amenities such as wi-fi, washer/dryer and cable tv included.
Park Model home located just 10 minutes from Venice beach and 2 hours from Disney World. Can sleep up to 4 people. Countless social activities throughout the park day and evening.
Unit is fully furnished with outdoor backyard patio area. Includes washer/dryer, AC and heated lanai, TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee maker, linens and towels, outdoor gas barbecue, and 2 bicycles. Electric, water, wifi and basic cable included.
Renters have access to all Royal Coachman Resort amenities such as swimming, canoeing or kayaking, tennis, pickle-ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, volleyball, bocce, fitness center, recreation hall and much more.
No smoking, no pets.

We are snowbirds who love spending 4 months a year at this great family friendly resort park. We also try to come check on the property at least once each year to make sure things are up to our standards. We enjoy the opportunity of sharing this little piece of heaven with people from across the country.

Why they chose this property

We love the family friendly atmosphere of Royal Coachman and the many many activities that can keep us busy from morning to night. The park is nestled in a vast forest of mature pine, oak and palm trees that provides a great deal of shade year around. The swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts and access to canoes and kayaks are ideal.

What makes this property unique

We have a full range of organized activities most times of the year as well as beautiful mature forests of pine, oak and palms trees. Royal Coachman Resort is the prime jewel in the nationwide Encore Resort chain of mobile home locations.
