About this property

1905 Farmhouse chic, cozy and elegant. Surrounded by farmland, it’s your own little slice of Heaven. Located on 3 acres with several out buildings, including a seasonal wedding barn. Lots of space for family or friends. Sleeps 11.
This farmhouse is a short term rental, therefore only has a smaller fridge/freezer combo (see pics), NO STOVE, only table top appliances; microwave, toaster, coffee maker, flat top/roaster. House does come with all linens supplied, including towels and some bathroom products. Furnace was new in fall 2022, but it is an old farmhouse and heat runs are limited on 2nd floor in these old houses. The main level is perfect and the upstairs stays decently warm. We do have extra blankets in the closets upstairs to accommodate cooler evenings if need be.

Nice property

We rented the house for my sister's and brother to stay during a funeral. Considering the circumstances it was a good stay. We did not eat at the house because the kitchen was not set up for making meals. I would stay again.

My husband and I are entrepreneurs and own many businesses, but I fell in love with owning my own wedding barn, which is located on the same property as the farmhouse. I knew that barn weddings were the rage and I wanted create something unique for couples to spend their special day at. We got married in a rustic barn setting and it was so memorable that our family and friends are still talking about our wedding day. My husbands an avid fisherman and spends a lot time doing tournaments while I host weddings.

Why they chose this property

This farmhouse was built in 1905 and holds a lot of history. When we purchased this place in fall of 2021 I knew I had to remodel whole inside to make it farmhouse chic. It's beautiful and holds that country charm, especially that front porch!!
