About this property

Unwind at this stunning Condo in the heart of Brickell, Miami. The Condo was recently renovated with new white and gold finishes for a luxurious yet relaxing feel. New LED lights were installed to allow you to set the ambiance of the unit at night. Smart TVs, Washer and dryer, new appliances, King size bed, pull-out sofa, free access to gym, pool and Free Parking! But the highlight of them all is the oversized balcony with patio furniture all while glancing at our beautiful Biscayne Bay.

As part of the check-in process, our building requires all guests to complete & sign some forms and provide a copy of their Driver's License.

You will pick up the key and FOB at the Keycafe in the hallway just past the lobby.

The key FOB (Frequency Operated Button) will grant you access to the elevators and all the amenities on the 14th floor.
We won't meet in person to exchange keys, but full instructions will be given the day before check-in.

Marvelous Stay

Aside from the impressive cleanliness of the property, I thought the overall decorated theme of the property was very nice and welcoming. We absolutely loved the location of the property due to the short-walking distance to several nice restaurants. The host was very responsive when I did need to reach her. I would recommend this property to anyone and would gladly choose this place again in the future.

A sanctuary indeed!

Love the place! I like that the color of the lights can be changed so it matches my mood. I can make it darker if I want a more relax feeling, and lighter if I want to be more energetic. I also love the black and gold theme! The gold utensils make me feel very first class.
