Nice house would rent again

The house itself was very nice and would definitely rent again which is why I give it a five star. The house is very clean and many little attention to details that didn't go unnoticed like ample Keurig coffee pods, ample towels, and assorted board games. Location is close to the strip so it's easy access to the strip or down to Freemont street. The neighboring houses were decent but it's not a great neighborhood. This house is by far the nicest in the area. The yard and fencing is under construction which we didn't know about until after we booked via an email from the owner offering 20% off the next rental for the inconvenience. For us it didn't matter as we weren't using the outside but if you need to use the yard I would inquire to make sure it was done before booking. All in all I was happy with our experience!
