Welcome to the most fabulous neighborhood of Las Vegas! Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but located just minutes from the action of the Las Vegas Strip, is this beautiful ranch style home.

Welcome to this stunning and expansive 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home! With over 4000 sq ft of space, this beautiful abode offers ample room for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The maximum occupancy for this home is 8 people, ensuring a comfortable stay at any time of day or night. Featuring three living rooms, including one off the primary bedroom, one in the center of the home, and another next to the bar, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The large bar area is perfect for entertaining, complete with a foosball table and easy backyard access to the luxurious swimming pool and spa. Step outside to the completely private backyard oasis, adorned with lush landscaping for the ultimate retreat experience. Gas heat for the pool is available at a rate of $95 per day (duration of entire stay). Please note, I do not rent to Las Vegas locals. Rest assured, this vacation rental is fully licensed with the city of Las Vegas, with license number G64-01356. Booking with a licensed vacation rental ensures a safe and legal stay, so you can relax and enjoy your time in Las Vegas worry-free!

The property was exactly as described, large and roomy. You could definitely hold a small gathering there and have alot of room to breathe. My only concern is that it is in a very conservative neighborhood so even during the day we weren’t sure if we could play our music by the pool, but we didn’t get any complaints. The check in process was good, but we didn’t get any information until 30 minutes before check-in, even though VRBO said it should’ve been 3 days prior, but the homeowner communicated with me very well which eased my concern. All in all we enjoy our stay, we’re very comfortable and had a great time.

Large Home for the Money

Two things the owners need to address. One, is a large enough frying pan that you can cook more than an egg on. (See photo of the pan they provide.)And, two, they need to mop the floors so you can actually walk around barefoot. (See second photo.) Otherwise the place was excellent, located close to the strip and all the action. Also it would be nice if they can give you check in information a little sooner. As you know, when you’re traveling, there are a ton of details people are dealing with. Having the house 411 the night before would be one less thing to worry about.

We stayed here with our family, and it was perfect. There was plenty of space, it was clean, and the property manager was great with communication. She was kind and understanding. They even heated up the hot tub for us in the winter (many wont). Very close to everything "big" in the Vegas/Strip area, and situated in a nice little community. The "game room" is basically just a foosball table and a casino game, but my kids did love the foosball table. All around, we loved it. We'd absolutely stay there again.

Everything was good the house was so beautiful clean and vary cozy we were in love with the whole house and we had an amazing stay it had everything you needed and more the only thing I would say was not so great was the pool was really cold and the hot tub turned off a lot I kept having to ask the host to turn it on I feel if you have guest there most people get houses with pools and hot tubs to use them we gladly pay more for these houses so if u no ur having guest keep the hot tub running also I felt like the host was getting bugged with me for asking her to turn it on I was told it’s a house not a hotel and that it won’t run 24/7 witch I thought was kinda rude because I no it’s a house. Other than that little incident she was nice. Check in was different from usual it says your supposed to get a code and check in info 3 days before your check in date I didn’t get none of that till 30 min before check in time and I could t get it without giving them the name of every person who was staying there and a picture of my id witch was weird to me but I did it anyways cause we paid way to much to not get our stay other then that Vegas was a great time I do recommend this home to anyone going out there it’s a beautiful home.

Hello, and thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify a few points for accuracy. You declined pool heating, so the pool would not be expected to be warm during fall in Las Vegas. You asked how the spa operated, and I explained that it's now automated - meaning we could create a schedule for it to heat during specific hours. You requested to have it "on the entire time," and I clarified that the home's hot tub heater is residential, not commercial, and continuous 24/7 operation isn't possible (even hotels cycle theirs). I am sorry if that explanation came across as rude - that was clearly not my intent. Regarding check-in, I don't state anywhere on my listing that information is sent three days prior. I do, however, state that I ask every guest to provide a photo ID and list of guests before arrival, just as a hotel would, which helps ensure safety and compliance for everyone. Take care.
