Cozy house with rustic charms
Charming old house, comfortable and cozy; some of the rooms could benefit from a renovation (not shown on the pictures). We experienced some misunderstanding with the owner as we couldn't find a welcome note explaining some basic things about the property. Overall we unfortunately didn't feel very welcome in her house.
Sweet and very homey accommodations to stay for a long weekend with friends. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. It was thoughtful of Kit, the owner, to leave some breakfast ingredients to get us started. The location is nice for peace and quiet. There are plenty of hikes as well as nice dirt road jogging/walking about 15 minutes drive south of the house
Most excellent guests. They were a pleasure to host, kind and considerate.
We loved the house! Great setting—and my kids loved the fast internet service for all of their “nature setting selfies”. We would enjoy staying there again for sure!
The house was beautiful and so was the property. I really enjoyed my winter vacation with my son and dogs. Will definitely be back
We had a great time!
What a lovely home!
Hello and thank you for being wonderful and respectful guests. I was informed by the cleaning staff that the house was in perfect order. Unfortunately I did not personally see the house as I was away. Other guests came before I returned.
Thank you and come back when the weather is better.
Cozy and quaint!
This house was just what we wanted for a weekend away in October. The house had everything you need for cooking and cleaning. We were comfortable and cozy! The directions for using the fire place and the wood stove were great. Close to Manchester!
