The space
Beautiful, spacious, mountain facing, 4 bed plus loft / 3 1/2 bath paired home. Spacious main floor boasts a great room equipped with a modern-contemporary gas fireplace, windows bring in lots of natural light. Very open dining and kitchen area makes it easy to interact with your guests, a large kitchen counter, stainless steel appliances and gas range complete the space with direct access to a 2 car attached garage. From the side patio you can enjoy beautiful sunsets with mountain views while grilling your preferred meals. In the second floor the loft a perfect space to enjoy your favorite movies with 5 in-ceiling speakers and hidden wall connections. The main bedroom is roomy and features an over sized walk-in closet and 5-piece bathroom. Two additional bedrooms with a full bathroom and a laundry room complete the second level. The finished basement is open to use as a 4th bedroom, includes a full bathroom, walk-in closet and open / flex space.
