The 3 bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with bedding and ample storage space. The main bedroom upstairs features a queen bed and double closets, whereas the adjacent room serves as an office and features a single bed. To enable your remote-based work needs, the office includes a docking station, HDMI cord, and large monitor. Internet connectivity is available throughout the house. The downstairs bedroom features a queen bed and large egress window to allow lots of light. Downstairs also features a wall mounted tv with Roku-enabled streaming.

A large, private deck is located off of the main living area and features comfortable seating and a gas fire pit....a perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine at night. The large backyard adds additional space to stretch out.

Denver visit with friends

The house was literally blocks away from our friends in Denver. Had a great time and the house with its accommodations helped make our stay even more pleasant.

Perfect for a girls weekend

The house was perfect for our trip, close to everything, great indoor and outdoor space, and held true to the mid century modern theme! Host was very responsive. The check-in/ check-out process was the easiest of any other property we’ve stayed! G

Great place for a DU visit

Good stay and nice property for visiting our son at DU. Was able to make him some home cooked meals and have a few friends over for dinner. Comfy beds, kitchen and bathroom supplies! The squirrels are a hoot!

This place is spectacular!

This may well be the best VRBO I've ever had, because: No problems Perfect location Pristine, artfully decorated mid-century modern home Very responsive host (she replied immediately to my various texts) Well-stocked kitchen Cozy, welcoming vibe Friendly squirrel Yes, you read the last one right: a very friendly squirrel lives in the backyard and came to the sliding glass door to ask for peanuts, which the hosts keep stocked in the kitchen. The squirrel -- and two of its friends/family -- ate out of our hands! I'm very happy to have stayed here. :)
