The Space:
This Comfortable Townhome is right on the water! A Rare find with 3 bedrooms AND 3 bathrooms, it is furnished with everything to make you feel right at home. There is a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom, along with a Master Bath. The Master bedroom leads right out to the Covered Deck, which boasts Beautiful Views of Lake DeSoto. The remaining two Bedrooms offer Queen Size Beds and both have a bathroom attached. Reclining Sofas in the living area, plenty of seating in the Dining Room along with a well stocked Kitchen provide the right start for a great stay in the Village!

The Fireplace is not available for use.

With 8 public golf courses, 11 Lakes, miles of bike and hiking trails, pickleball courts, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center, mini golf, playground, outdoor basketball courts - Something for Everyone!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle free commute and check in. 

The world famous Hot Springs Bath Houses & Spas, Oak Lawn Casino and Horse Racing are all only about 30 minutes away.

Guest Access:
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 min from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.

Enjoy all of the amenities that Hot Springs Village has to offer including over 30 miles of hiking and biking trails, 11 gorgeous lakes, 9 golf courses and so much more!

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. For just $36 + tax ($25 for kids and teens under 18), you get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
