Why they chose this property

This is a New England home in a New England neighborhood. The location of this apartment is pretty central to everything in Woburn. First is the High School down the street, the Brickyard Restaurant is two blocks further... Good restaurants, walking distance to Horn Pond, the Bowladrome is buzzin. This is a cozy first apartment.

What makes this property unique

It's also centrally located to Rt.93, Rt. 95, and one can commute to Watertown without having to use either. It's also less than 15min to more than 5 local hospitals.
