The Space:
Welcome to Indiana! Our lovely house features 2.5 baths plus 4 bedrooms. we can accommodate up to 12 people comfortably. Enjoy our immersive social spaces ranging from a fully loaded open kitchen and a pool table located in the garage to entertain family and friends. The home has been furnished by our high-end professional designer - you're going to love it!

This is not your typical hotel stay! Our newly-built home features hardwood floors that include an open line-of-sight through a spacious living room, open kitchen, and dining room. We have two master suites available - one is on the second level and the other is on the first level for anyone unable to take the stairs. There is plenty of space for both privacy and group interaction!

Pets are welcome for a $150 fee for the first 2 pets. There will be an extra $50 charge for the 3rd pet which will be paid via resolution. Guests are required to clean up after their pets, otherwise, additional cleaning fees will be charged.

-The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up with privacy, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :)

-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

-For your safety and security reasons many (but not all) of our homes have motion detectors and a security system, as well as exterior cameras.

-As mandated by the City, we have installed noise detection equipment in both the backyard and the living room. These devices specifically only captures and records decibel levels.

Other Things to Note:
— IMPORTANT: Please read and agree to all house rules.

— No smoking of any kind is allowed on our property. Marijuana is illegal in Indiana. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.

— Please keep in mind the check-in and check-out times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, feel free to reach out and confirm your request 48 hours before the date requested. That way, we can ensure that the cleaners have the time between guests to make the space spotless. There will be a $75 charge for each check-in/out adjustment.

— Please remember while having fun to keep the noise down in this quiet neighborhood.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours, which start at 10 pm, are strictly observed. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device. They are located in the home's common area. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.
