Serene Spacious Estate! Every bed has truly high end LUXURY bedding for your comfort! The attention to detail is evident in every room - from the charging stations on every nightstand, to the kitchen with service for all of your guests (glasses, coffee mugs, plates, bowls, silverware, etc.)

Plenty of living space for everyone to spread out - 2 living rooms on the main floor, bonus room in the basement with full bathroom and outside space galore! The kitchen has carafe and single-serve coffee maker, double ovens, combo propane/charcoal grill on the deck and tons of pots and pans, small appliances, and cooking tools! Eat-in kitchen and separate dining room on main floor, and additional eating space on terrace level patio.

Stroll through the park-like back yard and enjoy the outdoor fire-pit, relax on the swing, and enjoy the conversation set nearby.

This property boasts 5 bedrooms, 8 beds and sleeps 13 (in actual beds - no sofas/futons)!

Close to the North Georgia Mountains. Located between GA-400 and I-575, 15 min from Gibbs Gardens, 10 min to downtown Ball Ground, and less than 45 Min to Atlanta, Dahlonega, Ellijay, Big Canoe, etc.

Perfect for hosting wedding parties, bridal showers, holiday guests, small business retreats, small group retreats, etc. We are open to hosting small weddings in the large backyard; please coordinate with us specifically for special events. We strive to make this a memorable retreat for your guests!

Beautiful home, spacious, and well kept with a gorgeous and very large yard! We were 6 older adults, four young adults, and two children. There was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed spending time as a family!

House for Wedding Party to Stay

Nice size space for the Bride, Groom, Bridesmaids and Groomsmen to stay and get ready for the wedding. Lot of sleeping accommodations! Room to spread out to get ready without tripping over one another. Nice kitchen space for meals! Would rent again!

Extremely filthy

The neighborhood was beautiful. The house was so dirty. The floors were dusty and covered in dog hair. We were all there for a wedding and we had to be sure not to sit anywhere because we were afraid of being covered in dog hair. The refrigerator was full of food debris and crumbs. The countertops were covered in what appeared to be popcorn oil. The stove and appliances were filthy and noticeably not been wiped down. The trash in the master bathroom had not been taken out. There was blood smudges on the water closet walls. The bathtub had not been cleaned. There were dead nats and bugs on the tub ledge. There were empty yogurt containers left in the basement and empty chip bags left in the basement. There was an old cinnamon roll left on the floor. There were clothing and trash from the previous guests left in the master bedroom drawers. There was a banana peel left under the bed upstairs. There was grass clippings left in the sofa chairs. The sofa had stains on it. The lamp in the master did not work. I could go on. When you are paying this much money for a nice stay for your family you definitely expect better. It was difficult to get in contact with the owner. We were told not to park on the street yet there were several cars parked on the street. It made it extremely difficult for parking. We were very disappointed in the stay. Also, there was no way we could change the thermostat. We froze. I would not recommend this property.

Hi David - Thank you for your review. I double checked our communication and don't have any messages from you after we granted early check-in on the day of your arrival. My apologies if you tried to send something, but please know that I always respond within a few minutes any time a guest reaches out. I apologize that you were cold in the home; the thermostats are Google Nest thermostats and can be changed remotely by any guest at any time. I wish I would've known you had an issue and I would have been more than happy to help you resolve it. As for the parking situation, our neighbors are allowed to park in the street as these are their permanent homes, but we have an agreement that we will not fill the street with guest cars. The driveway has fit at least 8 cars previously, so there should be ample space for guest vehicles. We are working with our cleaning crew to see what may have happened with the cleanliness issues you mentioned. Would you mind direct messaging me any photos of the issues you saw? We would love to address them specifically if possible. Thank you again for your stay and I hope you're doing well!

Family Christmas Reunion

We had a lovely stay at this home. The Christmas Tree they had placed by the fireplace was beautiful. We had family coming from Hawaii, Georgia, North Carolina, Rhode Island, and Tennessee! The accuracy of the description was important so that we could figure out who would sleep where ahead of time. The two living room spaces really help our group split into talking groups, and the large dining room provided a perfect spot for a big family meal. There was a large refrigerator and fully equipped kitchen. The owners left thoughtful snacks and things like laundry pods, and toothbrushes in case someone forgot theirs. The neighborhood was quiet, beautiful, and we'll kept. It was freezing cold when we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the fire pit in the back yard, but we did drive to a local park for a Christmas light display to benefit Veterans. Great restaurants are within a 20 min drive, and both large screen TV's provided plenty of Christmas shows for our group to enjoy. The monopoly game the owner had downstairs was also fun for all. The manager was professional, responsive, and kind. I highly recommend this VRBO listing.
