5909 Havana Dr: Private Pool/Large Back Yard


Enjoy everything South Padre Island has to offer while relaxing in a luxury private home. The house features a beautiful pool, a swim up bar that seats 4 & 2 in-pool lounge chairs. There is an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill & pizza oven. You can see the fireworks from the balcony. The beach is 2 blocks away.

The house is located 2 mins drive away from Sea Turtle Inc, Clayton’s and Bar Louie’s. There is a liquor store, convenience store and several restaurants within walking distance.

The Space:
The house has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area upstairs. Downstairs you can socialize in the large living space equipped with a dartboard, wet bar, and second refrigerator. Just outside the large sliding glass doors you will find a custom pool with a swim up bar, outdoor kitchen, pizza oven and plenty of seating. There are 2 outdoor showers to wash away the sand from the beach.
Parking: the house can comfortably park up to 6 cars in the driveway. Please do not park in the garage.
Bedrooms: The 3 bedrooms upstairs all feature full baths. Downstairs is an additional bedroom, full bath and living space. Additional bedding options include a futon and 2 twin beds if needed.

Guest Access:
Guest are welcomed to the entire house with the exception of the larger garage, 3 closets and a few cabinets.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet neighborhood. Nice walk to the beach on sidewalk.

Getting Around:
Right on the Island Metro route, easy to bike, or call an Uber/Taxi or Lyft.

Other Things to Note:
Wood for the pizza oven is located on the side of the house. Please do not use lighter fluid in the pizza oven.

It was the perfect house size for my family. We couldn't have asked for a better location. Right in the middle of everything. The ease of check-in & out was amazing. The host was very responsive and patient. Would definitely recommed this property for any size family. It was a pieceof Paradise with all of its amenities.

Our entire stay was perfect in this amazing home! Plenty of room- things to do- and all the amenities made our trip even better! Communication was quick, easy and thoughtful. Literally not one thing was missing from items we needed to cook, grill, and hang out at the house- and feel at home. Check out was so simple- without a huge list of items to take care of or worry about on our last day. We will be back!

Best beach house hands down

This property was the perfect location, within walking distance to beach. The oasis backyard is perfect, you definitely continue the fun with family at the pool the kitchen pool side was the coolest thing. If I ever come back I’m definitely booking this place again. It is a little pricey, but I didn’t realize it was Father’s Day weekend. Liquor store in the corner so never ran out of ice and beverages 😎 the most important part is the privacy you get a house all to yourself and don’t have to share pool and space with other visitors like at a condo.

This house was designed with entertaining and family gatherings in mind. It sits on a quiet neighborhood and has a large backyard. The downstairs living area has a large sliding door which can be opened to create a unique indoor/outdoor space where families and friends can hang out, relax and enjoy the island breeze.
