Why Diedre Galardi chose West Beach
We fell in love with Kiawah Island while staying in a friend’s villa. We'd never experienced anything like it - and we didn't want it to end. So we bought! Now we get to share this awesome experience with others.
What makes this Condo unique
We bought this villa particularly for the VIEW and LOCATION. We looked at a lot of villas, but this is the only one surrounded by a private lagoon. The awesome view and nearness to the ocean, golf and shops won us over. Renting through us also entitles you to Resort Privileges, i.e. use the Kiawah Island pools, work-out center, discounted golf, tennis and recreation, free shuttle service around the island, and charging privileges.

Beautiful spot for a couples getaway
Dedra was a great communicator and a perfect host. The condo was in s good location and everything we needed was there other than food and drinks. Great vacation experience.
Kiawah August 2019
We had a wonderful vacation while staying at this villa. Very easy to rent, great communication with the homeowner. Very easy walk to the beach.
Kiawah vacation ‘19
Well equipped, good laminate floors. View of lagoon and small gator as well as Mom and her baby deer. Loved the short shady walk to beach, access to bike trails and pools. Unit was well equipped for us. Kitchen and bath were a good size. Enjoyed the quiet lower corner unit and surrounding construction was minimal. Beaches on west beach are peaceful and not a bad place to surf fish, either. Would rent it again anytime. Thanks for opportunity to stay here and enjoy Kiawah.
Fantastic Quiet Beach Getaway
Very quiet 8 unit complex. Not sure we saw or heard any of our neighbors! The place is very nice for a couple. Only negative was the construction noise but this should be over soon.
Great Place!
This unit was perfect! It had everything we needed and it was a huge bonus to check in and be connected to the resort. We used the complimentary resort shuttle several times and it was so awesome to be so close to the west beach pool! The walk to the beach was super easy and we rented bikes to enjoy the miles of trails-and pretty much road our bikes everywhere. The deer coming up to the back screened in porch were fantastic and loved watching the fish jump and alligator eyes pop up around dusk. The construction noise was a bit annoying but it wasn’t a surprise, and we kinda tuned it out after a while-it will be super nice when everything over there is finished. Beds were super comfortable and everything was easy to reach for use of the pull out couch. Loved it being on the bottom floor and last on the building because it added more privacy and space to park bikes and come and go. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! Diedre was great to communicate with too!!

You may never want to leave the island! But should you decide to go exploring for a day, we recommend historic Charleston, just 26 miles north. An attraction for Civil war buffs, antebellum enthusiasts, avid gardeners and plantation perusers, Charleston boasts something for everyone to do. Looking for all-scale shopping, a plethora of restaurants, antiques or art? Downtown is the place to go. It has theatre, museums, IMX cinema, aquarium, and tons more stuff that we haven't even explored yet. The surrounding area offers bird sanctuaries, Civil war forts, parks, golf courses and more.
