This Cute 2 Bedroom House is perfectly located less than 5 min. driving from Downtown Orlando in a very safe and friendly neighborhood called Lake Como with an adorable community Lake and easy access to the 408 Highway, which makes everything close by. This Home is perfect for a group of professionals working in Orlando or a family relocating here, it comes fully equipped with a full Kitchen, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom and access to the Laundry Room, plus we're PET FRIENDLY (with an additional fee)
PLEASE NOTE: This house has 2 attached In-law suites in the back that will be most likely occupied during your stay with other guests.
You'll share the laundry room, parking and backyard with them.

Our home is a 1950's remodeled Floridian style home with a lot of character and a beautiful Backyard with gorgeous Oak Trees.

The Kitchen has been recently updated with newer appliances, wood cabinets and granite counter tops and comes fully equipped with all the cooking needs.

Each bedroom has a Queen size Bed and a TV with Chromecast connected, the bathroom is located in between both bedrooms and has a nice tub.

The living room includes 2 futons that turn into Full size beds for 2 more guests or visitors.

We're pet friendly with an additional pet fee that varies between $100 - $500 extra depending on different factors, this fee will be in addition to the total price.
