Enjoy all that the Wildwoods have to offer in this spacious well-equipped 4 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium. You will be just over1 block from the beach and boardwalk, and on a quiet one-way residential street. There are no motels, hotels, or businesses to disturb your sleep. You are far enough away from the lights and the crowds and the noise, yet still just one short block from all that you will want to do and see.

This 2nd floor/top unit has a large front balcony with views of the beach, boardwalk, sunrise, sunset, and the Friday night fireworks too! There are two private balconies here - one front and one rear. Each one has comfortable furniture to enjoy while you lounge in your own private outdoor space. Enjoy a partially fenced back yard with association provided gas grills and your own private hot/cold outdoor shower. You will also find a "common" trash/recycling enclosure. This association provides trash/recycling services for you. No chores here.

Walk to everything and everywhere from this awesome location – Morey’s ride and water park piers, games, entertainment, shopping, dining, attractions - and then return back to your peaceful quiet Wildwood "home-away-from-home". There is reserved garage parking for two vehicles. Enter the "common" driveway into a large "common" area garage with twelve total parking spaces, two spaces reserved for each of the six units. Each unit also has its own private garage storage room.

This building rents to a related family only. We do not rent to unrelated group and never to an "under 25" group. Feel secure here.

Bonheur sur le bord de la plage

Nous avons passé un magnifique voyage. Le condo est parfait, très bien situé près de la plage, super propre et il ne manquait aucune commodité. C’est un endroit de rêve pour un séjour en famille à Wildwood. Je recommande cet endroit sans aucune hésitation.

Family week in Wildwood

We were 6 adults and 3 children. The loft area was great especially for the kids. It has a well-stocked kitchen in terms of cutlery, dishes, flatware, utensils and cookware. The beach chairs and wagon were greatly appreciated. Location (3 blocks to the boardwalk) was perfect.

Lovely

This property is a great find. It was very clean and well taken care of. The upper bedroom is even larger than it looks in the photo. Small things made this truly feel like a home away from home. It is on the third floor, but the indoor access from the immense garage makes it convenient to leave your belongings in the included private storage area. If you plan on using the upper loft, there is no sort of lamp, so maybe bring some type of light source. All in all, my whole family was there including 2 babies. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend staying there.
