Centrally located, many restaurants and amusement piers within walking distance. Three bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Two assigned garage parking spaces. Parking may be available on street and NO meters! Private outside shower. Two balconies, one in living room, one in master bedroom. Private entrance. Please provide your own linens and towels.
