At the base of the iconic road climb to Reddish Knob & Timber Ridge, and a half mile to the Narrowback & Wolf Ridge trailhead access, The Branch Bike House is the perfect launch pad into some of the best road, gravel, single or double track cycling in the Mid-Atlantic.
The house has all modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, high speed Wi-Fi, large common areas, and a cozy living room with a fireplace.

Great spot!

We loved this place. We came with friends (and our dogs) for Thanksgiving weekend, and found a warm, spacious house with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner, and a beautiful fireplace in the living room. Our dogs loved the massive lawn and all the hiking nearby, including the short trail leading directly from the back garden, which was perfect for early morning walks.

Tranquility with a breath of fresh air

My mom, husband, 2 dogs, and myself recently stayed at this VRBO in Dayton, VA for a 100k trail race, and it was great. The house had everything we needed and more for our outdoor adventures. We were impressed by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of the property owners. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, making it easy for us to prepare hearty meals before and after the race. We appreciated the convenience and saved some money on dining out. The location was ideal, nestled in the heart of nature, providing easy access to beautiful trails and serving as the perfect home base for the race. We highly recommend this VRBO to fellow nature enthusiasts, trail runners, and bikers. We look forward to staying here again!
