About this property

Strawberry hills, a rustic getaway nestled in the pines and quakes on 40 acres near Bear Lake. Although not on the lake, it's not far and there are many additional benefits. Adventure to Minnetonka caves, near by hot springs, golf courses or float down a scenic river canyon.
If your into Mountain trails there are plenty to ride right from our parking area so bring your toys, rentals of all sorts available within 30 minutes as well.
Stay in and be entertained with billiards, air hockey , foosball and satellite TV, or step outside for horseshoes, cornhole, or roast hot dogs and marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit. Sit on the big deck or in the soaking tub for some great relaxation. Strawberry hills provides a full kitchen, outdoor grill and plenty of indoor/ outdoor entertaining space perfect for large groups. Appliances, dishes and cookware are provided along with extra linens, pillows, blankets and all bathroom toiletries. Please ask us any questions you may have.

Great getaway

The cabin is amazing, with plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the game room and outdoor activities. The view was beautiful and early mornings on the deck was truly spectacular. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

The cabin is tucked away in a beautiful location. Mornings there are peaceful. The place I’d bet family friendly and ALL of us were very pleased with our stay!

Why they chose this property

This property has been in the family since the early '70s. Mom and Dad purchased 40 acres and for years only had a small log cabin on the property until we decided to build a much larger one together as a family. We like this area and have all grown up nearby in the town of Preston. We enjoy going over to Bear Lake boating on occasion and love the four wheeler trails that we explore right from our own driveway. In the winter months we take the opportunity to snowmobile on the miles of groomed trails as well.

What makes this property unique

It's close enough to Bear Lake and town for a quick run-in if needed, but like a lot of other places, you don't have neighbors right in your yard. Having acreage and not just a small lot means a great deal to us.
