Perfect for groups of 4 to 24 golfers when booking both Caddyshack I and Caddyshack II, which is an adjacent property that sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably with additional bunk bed and sleeper sofa available as well! Caddy Shack I features an 8' Billiards Table, commercial Arcade Game with 60 classic games (Pacman, Galaga, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Ms. Pac, Frogger and more!), Poker Game table set, Bar, Flat Screen TVs - all surrounded with great golf memorabilia and wall art! Play custom made Corn Hole game or just putt on the Outdoor Green and grill your dinner on your choice of the grill - gas or charcoal.

Living room has comfortable sofa & loveseat and chairs, convenient butcher block kitchen island and updated kitchen. Beds are Double of bigger with one King bed, all with Spring Air Luxury Firm Mattresses to get you a great night sleep! Extra sleeping arrangements available up on the request.

Adjacent Caddy Shack II complements its neighbor with a 12' Shuffleboard, a regulation Ping Pong table, an Arcade with135 games including 29 Golden Tee Golf Courses, custom Corn Hole game and bar! All beds are Full size or bigger, Trundle bunk bed and a sleeper sofa, full kitchen and grill for cooking out, etc. Comfortable living areas to sit around, catch up and enjoy some stories! The only place to stay on a golf buddies trip

Perfect houses right next to each other to accommodate large groups of golfers. Plenty of games and entertainment. Our 3rd or 4th time staying here, will definitely come again. Great hosts!

Caddy Shack was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty of space to stretch out and close to every course at Pinehurst. Fun activities at the course for post-round fun. Highly recommend the house.

Home needs to be cleaned and updated

Disappointed with the VRBO listing and price for a worn property that has not been maintained or cleaned in quite a while. The windows are filled with cob webs, the grill and outside furniture are filled with pollen residue, no trash cans in rooms, no soap or shampoo & conditioner in bathrooms, dishwasher was full (cleaned ??) . Good location and home can handle up to 8 but needs updating. We felt the price was excessive relative to the condition of the home. Would not go back to this home.

Bachelor Party golf weekend

My youngest son is getting married in a couple weeks and he wanted a Pinehurst golf weekend with the men of his wedding party. It was the perfect setup for our group.

Fun Golf Getaway

House was great. Perfect location for a Pinehurst golf weekend. We only had 4, but could have easily had 10+ with all the beds. Being only 5 minutes from the main Pinehurst club was perfect for early morning rounds. Plenty of fun stuff to do inside the house with cards, pool and darts. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect. Everyone of all ages enjoyed the stay.

The house was in a great neighborhood and close to golf courses. The house had a lot of activities for everyone. The adults and kids especially enjoyed the arcade games, in addition to the pool table room and poker room. The kids and adults enjoyed the putting green setup in the backyard. The beds were comfortable and the large table in the kitchen made everyone very comfortable while eating. We would definitely stay at this house again. The owner was very attentive to any questions we had and was quick to respond.

Caddyshack 1 was great for out golf get away. Plenty of room for everyone and lots of space to relax. Could use some updating but was fine for what we needed. Owners were great in communicating and responsive to any requests. Very easy to deal with and very friendly.

The PERFECT house for a golf weekend. We'll be back for sure.

Everything about the place was perfect for our group. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the living area was great for a large group to watch football. The putting green needs a little work, but other than that, this house was perfect.

Excellent accomidations Highly Recommeneded unless it is the week we want!!

We had a group of 8 male golfers and we loved Caddy Shack I! The layout and the ability to play video games, corn hole, putt, play poker, shoot pool or watch basketball was excellent. We even had a rain out day and enjoyed just hanging around with spacious areas throughout the house. The house was clean and comfortable. We easily cooked meals each night. I highly recommend this to anyone considering the area. Mike is also a very good and prompt communicator and sincerely cares that guests enjoy their stay!! WE WILL BE BACK!!

Cozy, fun!

My family had a great time hosting Thanksgiving at Caddy Shack I! This is the perfect spot if you have a variety of ages to please and to host large gatherings. There were a couple of hiccups due to the cleaning staff accidentally locking the pool room, but the owner was great to work with. He was easily accessible and made sure that everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

should be less than one star, had we had the opportunity to see house we would not of stayed there

One roll toilet paper two baths, mold in refrigerator, mold on shower curtains, broken glass out back slider door on patio and in stones, rusty sinks and musty odor in house.

Hey William; Sorry you didn't have the experience we usually host. According to Housekeeping, someone had a big time in there! Neighbor complained about the travel trailer plugged in and parked out front but we calmed him down. Girls leave 7 rolls of toilet paper but maybe not enough this time. I stayed right after you and didn't notice any mold or smells. Maintenance couple in after me repainting the interior and they didn't notice either but we'll double check. I found the broken light bulb base in living room lamp. I wonder if one of the guys in your group may have accidently broke it and then spilled some while taking it out to trash? That as the glass you noticed. Next time, please contact me directly if anything not up to par. My cell is on the Welcome Email where it says to not hesitate calling anytime, for any reason.
