This charming In-Law Suite offers privacy and all you will need for a quick trip to Orlando.
It has everything you would find in a regular hotel, for 1/3 of the cost! Home is perfectly located 15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to universal, 25 minutes from Disney, 10 minutes to Downtown Orlando, Amway center, and the stadium. It is also very close to 2 different shopping plazas for food and shopping (5 minutes).
We do accept small pets for an extra fee of $25 per stay.
Home is on a septic tank, please don't flush any feminine products or any foreign objects down the toilet. Everything should go to the trash container.

Pet friendly with additional fee between $30-$200 depending on pet size, how many & length of your stay. *Airbnb doesn't have an option about pet fees

Florida is notorious for its prolific inset life like ants, roaches, lizards and bug, for that reason the homes are treated both inside and out. Ants are the most prevalent and annoying pests - they feed on a variety of foods such as sugars , syrups, jelly, grease, cookies and meats. Therefore, to make your stay more comfortable, please don't leave food or drinks on the countertops, in wastebaskets and specially on the pool deck. Please, know that dirty or damp clothes is the favorite hiding place for insects and lizards. Please do not leave any door or window open, increases insets infestation.

Conway Gardens is a very quiet, safe community. It is very close to shopping and dining, as well as centrally located between the downtown and amusement parks.
You have access to the backyard, private driveway and entryway.

The AC thermostat is located in the main house.
This charming In-Law Suite features a queen size bed, offers private parking, independent living quarters, full bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker and hot plate! Wifi is also included, as well as a large flat screen TV with a Roku.
In Orlando, the best way to explore the city is with a car. Most of everything you will need will be only a few minutes away driving. If you are an avid walker, that could be an option, but depending on the weather, I would recommend driving, biking, or taking an Uber.
