Our stay was nice and communication with host was great! I just have a couple things we didn’t like, but will provide feedback directly to owner in hopes to make all future stays that much better.
The host was very quick in communication and worked with us on check in time. Very thankful for that. The needed supplies in the home were a bit scanty (trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc). That is the reason for 3 stars.
We enjoyed our stay. They home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. When we noticed some items were missing, the owner sent them over right away. We would recommend this home.
Easy to find, just 40 minutes or so from the Atlanta airport. Clean, comfy home in nice, quiet neighborhood. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Jordan is a perfect host.
Fantastic location and so close to the rest
Of the family! Lovely little home nestled in a very quiet neighborhood. We were all very comfortable! Thank you for the hospitality!

Our stay was fine. We didn’t get a code to check in and internet reception in the neighborhood was slow to none, so we had trouble getting in touch with our host to get the code. It could use new blinds for sure and mattress covers, but other than that everything was fine. We found 2 Nintendo switch’s in a bedroom in a drawer. I’m sure someone is missing them!
We had a really nice stay at this property in Senoia. Close to downtown and the restraraunts. Jordan was an awesome host who was easy to get a hold of and helped us with all our needs during our stay.
This is the perfect spot. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in the area. The owners were very helpful, even answered the phone at 1 a.m. when we had an issue with locking ourselves out of the house. 5 stars!
Staying in area to enjoy the birth of our 1st grandchild!
Property was conveniently located near the cute downtown area of Senoia.
House was clean with the exception of the carpeting. We did not cook during our stay but noted basic supplies were available.
Bed was comfortable and linens were clean.
Nice neighborhood with fenced backyard.
Thank you for hosting us.
Would definitely stay again.

Aging Property
Floor plan is nice but home is not kept up very well. Carpet was soiled, linoleum by shower in master bath curling, trimwork throughout was scratched. Advertised as in walking distance of Senoia -- 1.3 miles.

Thank you for the feedback Lowell. We are definitely hoping to update the carpet as part of future renovations but we keep it cleaned and we have it regularly scheduled for deep cleaning (every other month) so I am surprised to here it is soiled and we will definitely look into this. The house is within walking distance to Downtown Senoia, but definitely depends what part of downtown you are headed to and your comfort. The home is 0.7 miles to downtown. Thank you for staying in our home, we hope you had safe travels home.
Overall the property was just as advertised. I would state that it is a bit far to walk to downtown Senoia (over a mile/20 minutes) and the property could use a bit of sprucing up (new blinds for example) and just some TLC. I would suggest the owner provide a toaster in the kitchen and check the plumbing in the Master Bath toilet as it clogged several times requiring us to use a plunger. Otherwise we had an enjoyable stay.

Let me start by saying the house was incredibly clean. Jordan responded quickly & genuinely seemed to want us to have a good experience. Overall, our stay was…fine. Front right side bedroom window did not have a lock. *As in no way to lock the bedroom window* Jordan said they’d see about sending a maintenance person but no one ever came. We did our best to secure it ourselves. House rules asked to hand wash non-stick pots/pans but we were given no dish cloth & only ONE dish towel. Jordan door dashed sponges and dish soap- still no dish towel. Only given TWO trash bags.Blinds broken in two bedrooms. Mattresses in double room really stained. Curtain in living room so crooked (Why???). Super sketchy light switch in kitchen next to garage- switch wiggles around in the plate & difficult to get light to turn off/on.Couple of FYI’s…We had little to no service via VerizonNo ice-maker, very sad ice trays :(No kuireg- had regular pot, filters, coffee, powdered creamer, 5-6 sugar packetsBring oils/spices etc- S&P only

Hi Karri, thank you for the review and feedback. We discussed several of these items, including the window which I did have maintenance come look at and order a part for. Our maintenance was unable to get out during your stay, and we apologized about the lock but do have an alarm to ensure the safety of our guests. We door dashed sponges and soap and a towel, and were notified it was delivered so we were not aware an additional towel was not received. Our home is stocked based on guests duration so for the 4 nights you were there. If there was need for additional items such as garbage bags we were unaware. When you made me aware of the towels I immediately had supplies sent and would have done the same with trash bags. A home is subject to wear and tear and we are working on the blinds and light switch, but do not feel that these impact the quality of anyone’s stay. As we continue to work on improving our home for guests, we take pride in knowing you did enjoy your time in our home as you even looked to extend your stay but our home was not available. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

Buyer Beware
I communicated the following with the owner. There was a terrible ant problem in the kitchen, roach in the bathroom, master bath toilet clogged in first use, dirty pans in cabinets, green algae on porch and siding, large weeds in beds, completely missing mulch in areas, holes and scratches on multiple walls, missing molding, separating drywall, cabinet doors that do not shut properly, paint splattered everywhere, painted counter tops that are peeling, painted cabinets that are barely painted and can see through, splotches on shower floor, cracked electrical plates, linoleum in master bath curling up in front of shower, dirty shower door casing, just to name a few. Not at all as the listing was presented. Her reply was “thanks for the info, safe travels”. It was embarrassing to host family here for a wedding but once I was there, I was out of options. I made the property owner aware several times of issues and she made excuses and told me I could cancel. Unfortunately there was nothing else available in the area or I would have. Rent at your own risk.

We would like to warn others on hosting Missy. She was a difficult guest to host from the onset. Her initial feedback was around beds being too low for her parents and the toilet getting clogged. These are outside of our control, as the beds match what is in our posting, and we were never presented any concerns on the height or asked about it prior to the stay. We also have no control over how guests use the toilet. We can absolutely service concerns brought forward within our span of control immediately, which we have always done. The concern over the ants we tried to address, I reached out to our exterminator who was on the property within the last week and asked our cleaners if they noticed anything to see if this was ongoing or was news to us. Both let us know they had not seen ants. Even after her stay we went on the property and there were no ants. When I asked Missy for pictures over her concerns, she stated she was unable to send pictures on the app or via text message, which is not true. I offered to work with her through VRBO on a cancellation since the home was not to her liking, which she refused. It got to the point where she was just listing items each day of her stay that she wanted to complain about such as cabinets or linoleum which again she did not provide pictures of, and we can’t address until she leaves anyway. Why would you continue to send complaints when we can’t do anything until you leave, and we’ve offered to work through cancellation and a refund with you? I was concerned that she was just trying to get money back on her stay. I tried to just stay polite and wish her safe travels.
We take very good care of our property. Have a landscaper out there regularly to try and maintain the yard, have top end cleaners, an exterminator, and a plumber and maintenance team ready to address concerns. We do not advertise that this is a new home, and it has its flaws with it being an older home. It does have older cabinets and kitchen counters and we have previously hung pictures on the walls, but we do not advertise granite countertops or a flawless new home. I’m sure everyone can understand that homes are lived in, and we have guests in and out so it will never be perfect. We are saving to do some renovations to the home eventually, but again as I’m sure most can understand things are expensive these days. We have had consistently good reviews on all platforms, including VRBO ahead of Missy’s stay. Please take her review with a grain of salt as she was one of those people that was determined to find an issue without accepting any proposed solutions from us as hosts. We have sent VRBO proof of how our home looked prior to and after Missy’s stay to show that the house is clean and matches our posting, so they are aware of how she is as a guest going forward. They were also dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived at the property after our stay, and we have concerns about Missy referencing hosting family at our home for a wedding event as this was never presented to us and there were only 7 guests listed on the reservation.
This was a wonderful stay. We had everything we needed. An entire closet full of towels, full pantry with soap/garbage bags/zip locks everything we could have needed.
