The Bluffs Guest House at the Old Swiss Village rests atop the highest point of the 28 mile marker. View corridors stretch for miles in 2 directions with Sunset Views every night and Fireworks in view on Holidays. With the guest house hosting 6 people and a larger house that can host 12, there is more than enough space to spend time with the family or gather multiple families & friends. The acreage has multiple tiers of outdoor space for fun in the sun, outdoor dining and taking in a sunset.

The Space:
*** ADDITIONAL SPACE AVAILABLE*** We have a lower guest house below this one that can be added to your reservation. Please inquire if you need additional space for guests. It is newly renovated with a kitchen, full bath, living, 2 queen beds and a sofa bed.

Guest Access:
Separate Entry from other cabins on property. Shared amenities including a large outdoor dining area and a lower tier with Adirondack Chairs to take in the sunset or watch the boats pass by!

The Neighborhood:
If the main house and lower guest house unit aren’t rented along with the upper guest house, the outside space will be a shared community type setup. You might encounter, see or hear the other guests while they are outside.

Amazing!

My mom and I stayed here during our “lake of the ozarks” portion of our trip. Cute and comfortable little house! The view was amazing and so relaxing. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I grew up at the Lake and still call it home as often as possible! We have family in the neighborhood and we work together to ensure the guest experience is a great one!

When we are not hosting you will find us Surfing the shorelines of the lake or hiking the trails of nearby state parks. Spending time outdoors and travelling with the family are top priority!

Why they chose this property

The Old Swiss Village is one of the first Resorts built at the Lake. Established in 1930 there is a lot of history and charm surrounding our neighborhood. The original Lodge is now the Steak House and the Clubhouse is a Wine Bar, both within walking distance!

This home was the guest house to the caretaker and has been updated to today's standards

What makes this property unique

The views from our area are amazing with 5 mile views both North and West. Watch the Sunsets every night, fireworks on Holidays and storms brewing as they move down the lake! Being up on the Bluffs, we see the Fall Colors, Summer Sunsets and Eagles flying overhead. Be sure to welcome the friendly deer population as well!
