Come and enjoy your time at Sonoran Sea on the popular Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point). This condo is on the first floor just steps away from the beach and pool, with easy access to it all. Kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances, including a water filtration system and ice maker for your convenience. Large screen smart tv's in living room and bedrooms. Breathtaking ocean views from living room and master bedroom. Sonoran Sea is a gated community with 24 /7 security.

**As part of the resort's security protocol, wristbands are required for all guests. A $15 one time per condo/per stay resort fee due at check-in, not included in fees.
Must be a minimum age of 25 to book, per HOA rules.

Awesome!
