Nice and Clean!

Excellent condo, very little hot water though. Be ready for a quick room temperature shower. It was fine since it was so hot and humid outside. Otherwise excellent stay beautiful views.

Perfect getaway

The condo was very clean and and looked better than the photos in person. Amazing view and patio. We spent every morning on the patio drinking coffee. The location is close to restaurant.s. We ate at Chongos a few times (highly recommend their $5 shrimp quesadilla). The swim up bar at the resort pool was also a hit. We spent several days poolside and the poolside server, Alfonso, was wonderful and brought us all our food and drinks right to our lounge chairs.

Amazing property and very clean!

This place was great! It was very clean and we felt very safe. The pools and beach were so close and accessible. My only complaint is that the night club called Chango’s was very close and started with very loud music from about 10p-1a every night we were there making it tough to go to sleep. Having said that, we would stay there again, but wish we were told about it before bedtime in the first night. This was a surprise to us given how strict the property was on noise enforcement past 10p. Again, this place was very clean and well equipped. We will stay there again.

It is a beautiful condo but wished they would provide more essential items.

I love parrots so their theme caught my love. It is pretty clean except bedsheet had hair and a little dead skin or something on the bedsheet, some small items were cracked/broken. We turned down the first day of service and we didn’t get any cleaning services afterwards so we just did what we needed to do. Their condiments expired, wish they would provide more essentials to make it easier for guest and there was no dryer sheets. The view of the ocean is amazing though the view of the sun was a little distant. We usually clean up after ourselves wherever we stayed but we were in a hurry and wasn’t able to do it here but left a nice tip to make up for it. Beautiful property and we enjoyed everything. Thanks.

Never again!

I have been to Rocky Point many times and have always stayed at the same resort. This time we decided to try a different one, Sonoran Sea. At check in we were only given one key and there were five of us staying there. I was told to go back later for the other key due to housekeeping having it. Upon entering the condo, everything looked great, just like the pictures. As the hours passed, we realized there was no hot water, there were roaches throughout, none of the ceiling fans worked and the refrigerator was room temperature. I did go to the front desk and inform them of everything and they had their maintenance come by and take a look. The hot water was fixed, it was the switch. But nothing else was fixed. So again I went to the front desk and they decided to change us condos. So here we were the second day into our stay, and we had to pack up a 2 bedroom condo and move. The second condo they gave us was great, no complaints. To have to move in the middle of our stay was very inconvenient to say the least. I was told they would "take care of me" and was given the main number to the resort, but today, 11 days later, I haven't received a call, email and when I try to call, all it does it ring. This started as a disaster but ended up a great trip over all. I will never stay here again, I'm going to stick with what I know, and that is Las Palomas.
