This beautiful home is completely furnished and includes:
Spacious living room with electric recliners and views to the mountains and amazing sunsets. Also 70-inch Smart TV in Living room and Smart TVs in each bedroom. All TVs have access to streaming services Netflix, Disney+, ESPN+ and Hulu. Also, Spectrum Cable for watching the games or your favorite shows.
Large dining area that can comfortably seat eight.

All bedrooms have high quality non-allergenic linens, pillows and comforters.
Master Bedroom 1: California King bed, ensuite bathroom, jetted tub, large walk-in closet, two sinks with huge counter with vanity & chair. With views to the mountains and greenbelt. Includes a simulated electric fireplace.
Master Bedroom 2: California King Bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3: Queen hide-a-bed with upgraded mattress. Close to third bathroom with tub and shower.

Sealy queen air mattress with automatic inflation. Place in any room or on patio to sleep under the stars.

The home includes towels, pool towels, high quality linens, hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for daily use.

Fully equipped kitchen with full cooking/baking equipment and utensils. Including Keurig and Ninja blender.

Full access to large washer, dryer and laundry supplies. Iron and ironing board.

Beautiful private patio has gas fire-pit, barbeque and amazing views of the mountains, sunsets, golf course and natural zone. With occasional visits from a roadrunner (not guaranteed).

Travel crib with bedding and a highchair are provided.

Board and card games are also provided.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home and can park in the two-car garage and/or the two-car driveway. Guest self check-in with smart lock. A pass for the association large main pool and exercise room will be provided, and a key to access the two satellite pools.

The home is located in the guard gated Indian Palms Country Club.
Home is very close to Empire Polo Grounds. Walk to Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals.
Guests have access to the following Association amenities: 3 year-round heated pools, 3 spas, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, extensive fitness center & 27-hole public golf course. Tennis rackets, pickle ball rackets and bocce balls can be checked out at the Lifestyle fitness center.

Nice Get-away

We found Desert Escape to be just perfect for a peaceful family get-away for a few days, which is just we what we were looking for! The house was just as advertised, very clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed to feel "at home!" Having two master bedrooms on opposite ends provided a perfect arrangement for two couples. We hope to come back in the not too distant future and would highly recommend!

The property is in a great location for touring around. The backyard firepit was enjoyed every evening. The beds were super comfortable It was unfortunate that the other suite didn’t have any drawers for clothes storage. It was great of Ron to give us some ideas of tour places and restaurants. He was easy to get in contact with! Would definitely recommend this place 😊

Wonderful views

We were two 70 year old couples who stayed at this house for a week. Pictures are accurate. This is one of the nicer VRBO’s we have used. It was very comfortable (including beds), and thoughtfully stocked. The patio was fantastic, lovely vistas and very quiet. It was a bit far from Palm Springs but we decided it was worth the drive. One negative point was a poor front gate entry system, causing 20-30 minute delays in the afternoon, just to get the resort.

Desert Escape

This property worked perfectly for my husband and I. This was our 5th visit to the Palm Springs area and we liked this home the best. Host was very accommodating and provided great info and tips. The home was well equipped with nicer linens, snacks/coffee to get you started, and great kitchen items to cook with as we don’t like to go out to eat all the time. The fitness center and pool/hot tub areas were also a plus. The only downside was the golf course that the house is located on. it was not maintained well, but there are so many other courses in the area that this did not deter us from getting our golfing in. If we come back again, we would definitely stay here!

Hi--I’m Ron! My wife Maureen and I would love to welcome you to stay and enjoy Desert Escape! We live in San Diego county, but love to drive over the hill to the desert as much as we can. We love the location's serenity, mountain views, amazing sunsets, and the privacy of our beautiful backyard. We also enjoy the home's open design -- just so peaceful. The home has very comfortable beds and a 70 inch smart TV for relaxing in the evening (if we're not basking in the glow of the backyard firepit). There are a number of amenities we've enjoyed in our development, but we especially like the pickleball courts (we are still learning), the large heated pool and jacuzzi spa. Nearby outdoor activities we've enjoyed exploring include the Living Desert Zoo, Joshua Tree National Park and the Palm Springs Tramway. We welcome you to take a break from the hustle and bustle and relax at our Desert Escape!
