Enjoy the Moab outdoors in our spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhome (Unit 6a4). Conveniently located just 6 minutes from downtown Moab, this getaway offers ideal all-season access to all of the area activities.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals.

There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to gather and for the kids to play!

The residence offers a two-car garage for parking and bike storage, and there is plenty of off street parking for trailers etc. Ride your ATV from the home! Cyclist and Street Legal ORV’s can access many of Moab’s most popular trails via Spanish Valley Drive just behind the complex. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

Great Place To Relax

We enjoyed the stay. It was a great place to come back to each night after a long day of riding. The beds were comfortable and had plenty of room for all of us. It was clean and Management was easy to work with. Definitely a place I would recommend.

Moab Thanksgiving

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Everything was as shown, however the decor is what I would describe as cold and sterile. The location was conveniently located 3 minutes from downtown. We had a nice view of the mountains form our window. My only major complaint is that the smoke alarm went off each time we took a shower in the master bedroom. I have never heard of a smoke alarm tripping due to steam. Fortunately it went off after a couple of minutes.

Nice outside of town stay

Everything was as advertised, no surprises. Peaceful location compared to the busy downtown atmosphere during a peak time in Moab.
