Quiet & Spacious Rim Village Townhome, Views, 2 King Beds, Community Pool/Spa

Welcome to the Magic of Moab! We have been coming to this special place for many years and are happy to own a second home in the heart of Canyon Country. We are pleased to be able to share this experience with you! Our townhome is Y2 in Rim Village, 7 minutes south of Moab.

Prepare your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for 8 in the dining area. There is a Weber grill on the patio - eat inside or on the spacious patio with great views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim.

3 Bedrooms/ 2 Bath: Main bedroom has a king bed, en-suite bathroom with tiled walk-in shower and large closet. Bedroom #2 (king bed) and bedroom #3 (two twin beds) share a full bathroom. Each bedroom has cable TV. Bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, liquid hand soap, lotion and hair dryer.

The townhome is on ground level = no stairs.
WIFI & Cable TV are complementary.
Washer, dryer and laundry detergent are in the laundry area.

The 2 car garage provides a secure place to store your equipment and gear. For trailers and large rigs, guest parking is located on Cold Springs Drive, Meador Drive and Gemini Bridges Lane.

POOL & HOT TUB: The pool (open seasonally) and hot tub (open year round) are wonderful amenities. Changing rooms and bathrooms are in the pool/hot tub area.

This is a Non-Smoking/vaping property. Pets are not allowed. Guests must observe the Rim Village Guest rules.

Our cleaning fee is $139 per stay. Our Damage Protection policy is either $59 for up to $1,500 in damages or a refundable deposit of $1,500, You'll have the opportunity to choose the damage protection on page 3 of the booking process and the quote will be updated.

Our team is always available should you need any help during your stay. We are happy to make recommendations on things to do and places to see.

* We offer discounts for 7 plus night stays throughout most of the year and for long term stays mainly in the winter months. The discount is built into to your booking rate.

Our townhome is 15 minutes from Arches NP and 25 minutes from Canyonlands NP, some of the most spectacular scenery in the world! Adventure is just around the corner. Jeep into the depths of Canyonlands. Marvel at Balanced Rock. Go rock climbing on the famed Wall Street. Mountain bike the world famous Slick Rock or head up to Navajo Rocks. Hike to a breathtaking, rich red sunset at Delicate Arch. Discover ancient petroglyphs & pictographs in hidden canyons.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
When leaving, set thermostat to 78 degrees in summer and 62 degrees in winter.
Turn BBQ grill and Gas off. Put grill cover on.
Return garage door openers and close garage overhead door. Please lock all windows and the front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO SMOKING whatsoever on the premises or within 20 feet of any door or window. $250 FINE per violation No Pets Allowed. $250 FINE per violation
Observe Rim Village Guest Rules provided. No excessive noise after 10 PM
Do not remove any items from the property with the exception of ice chests/coolers.

We loved the condo. The owners were very attentive & checked in with us many times to make sure any questions were answered. Clean, spacious, super comfy beds, kitchen well stocked, coolers for use in garage, washer & dryer. Just to name a few. We also enjoyed the pool & hot tub at night after long days of hiking. Enjoyed conversation with others at the pool. Moab is a great destination. I’m glad I did my research & chose this condo away from the highway noise. I would definitely stay here again & recommend to others.

Wonderful getaway

This townhome was perfect for our family while we had adventures in Moab. It was clean and easily slept our entire family. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Family trip to Arches NP

Check in was very simple. Directions, that were provided, to the townhome were detailed and easy to follow. Home is welcoming and comfortable. Mattresses were a little soft for our preference. It was very well stocked with kitchen necessities, pots, pans, spices and toiletries. The location was close to Arches NP, Canyonlands NP and downtown Moab. Owners provide list of restaurants and things to do in Moab. Needed a small plumbing repair during our stay. The owner very quickly responded to my text and repair was swiftly made next morning. The pool was refreshing. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great home and great stay in Moab

My family of 5 stayed here for 5 days and we loved this house. It was close to all the national parks and the kids loved going to the pool to cool off after each hike. The house itself had everything that we needed for meals and we really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you again!

Great Place!

Wonderful experience! This place is close to town and very comfortable! We cooked all of our meals here and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owners checked in on us a few times to see if we needed anything which we appreciated! Will be staying here again if we visit Moab again in the future!

Fabulous time in Moab!

Great quiet location! We all enjoyed our stay at Rim Village. The condo was clean upon our arrival and there was plenty of room for our family! Great to have a grill to use and enjoy dinner/happy hour on the patio. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a nice size condo and well equipped with the essentials. The owners were timely with communication prior to our arrival and offered a nice list of "their favorites" in town for us to choose from. Highly recommend!

Moab Adventures

We enjoyed our time in Moab. We brought our ATV's and drove Hurrah Pass to Chicken Corner and the Gemini Bridges trail. We enjoyed grilling and dining on the patio in the evenings and cooling off in the pool after hot days of trail riding.

Great Getaway

This is a really well maintained and comfortable house. It was just the two of us, but could easily sleep 6-8 people. Patio is much bigger than it looks in pictures, which was a great surprise. Moab is amazing, with so much to do. Would definitely recommend this house!

Exceptional property, location and property managers

Stayed for a week with my spouse and friends. Had a lot of mountain biking and hiking plans. Communication with property manager was great with fast responses to our questions on the logistics for our planned activities. Property was clean and comfortable. Having a garage to assemble and store the bikes was a dream. Would go back to the property and the Moab area in a heart beat.

Wonderful Location & Property

Truly enjoyed staying here! The property was easy to find and very clean. Loved having access to the garage as we could park the SxSs inside and not have to unload everything for street parking. Short ride to Sand Flats Rec Area. Great patio for unwinding after a day of riding or hiking. The night sky was something else! Highly recommend if you prefer a quiet location and do not want to be in town. We look forward to staying here again next year!

Why they chose this property

This spacious townhome has all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, HD TV's, comfortable beds, large patio, gas grill, two car garage, and front loading washer and dryer. Rim Village amenities include a hot tub, pool (open seasonally) and changing rooms. The townhome is on one level The views of the LaSal Mountains and Moab Rim are great! Just minutes to town, but a world away!

What makes this property unique

Our Rim Village Townhome is spacious, all on one level with a two car garage and ample parking. The oversized patio has great views, natural gas Weber BBQ grill and plenty of patio seating. Comfortable and clean with a great Moab vibe. Internet and cable TV are complimentary.
